Cela faisait plus de deux ans que je n'étais pas arrêtée pour luncher...le hamburger n'était pas comme dans mon souvenir...le pain était un peu mouillé...mais les frites toujours aussi bonnes.
0/5 pour l'accueil...musique trop forte, on comprenait pas ce que la fille disait. Nous avons dû la faire répéter à plusieurs reprises...une chance qu'il y avait de la place pour manger dehors...c'est très dommage !
I visited the restaurant at around 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 30.
The food was excellent-10/10. Everything was fresh, well prepared, & delicious. The cashier was also very friendly, attentive, & provided great customer service. The restaurant itself had a nice atmosphere.
The reason I'm leaving this review is because I witnessed something that I found very concerning. An employee who had finished her shift was leaning over the peanut bin where customers take fresh peanuts, eating peanuts, talking over the bin, & dropping the shells into it. She then stood leaning over the food preparation counter, talking while burgers were being prepared directly below her. Afterwards, she continued eating peanuts & dropped the shells on the floor in front of customers instead of using a garbage bin.
This came across as unsanitary & unprofessional. It showed a lack of respect for food hygiene, the restaurant environment, & the customers. I hope management addresses this, because the food & service were otherwise outstanding.
I was getting tired snd needed to grab a meal with my adult daughter thank goodness Five Guys was close to the Costco in Broussard . The burgers & one fremch fry was all it took with all the free condiments jalapenos & all. Friendly staff no salt could be located didnt ask.
The fries here are shit nothing like other 5 Guys locations. This is the 2nd time I've tried this location & it's always a shit experience when it comes to their fries.
Over rated! Pas de trios. Tu dois le faire toi même & ça revient à 21$ plus taxes pour un cheeseburger, petite frite, breuvage. C'est pas du service aux tables, c'est exagéré.
J'ai été très déçu par le service reçu chez Five Guys. Comme je ne parle pas français, je me suis adressé à une employée en anglais. Au lieu d'essayer de m'aider ou de répondre avec courtoisie, elle m'a lancé un regard très désagréable qui m'a fait sentir que je n'étais pas le bienvenu.
À Montréal, on rencontre des clients qui parlent différentes langues. Même si un employé ne parle pas anglais, cela ne justifie pas une attitude irrespectueuse ou un manque de professionnalisme.
La direction devrait offrir davantage de formation en service à la clientèle. Chaque client mérite d'être traité avec respect, peu importe la langue qu'il parle.
Une des pires expériences de service à la clientèle que j'ai eues chez Five Guys. J'ai demandé un simple service à une employée &, au lieu de recevoir une réponse polie, elle m'a lancé un regard très désagréable & m'a complètement ignoré, comme si ma présence la dérangeait.
C'est inacceptable qu'un client soit traité de cette façon après avoir fait une demande tout à fait respectueuse. La qualité du service est aussi importante que la qualité de la nourriture, & cette expérience était vraiment décevante.
La direction devrait investir davantage dans la formation en service à la clientèle. Le respect & le professionnalisme devraient être la base de toute interaction avec les clients.
