I come for the fries. I forget to say no salt. If the I keep getting tiny fries I will pass. Why is it so difficult to not smash up the fries. Just hide the tiny fries in the poutine. I like long fries. You know the ones. Used to get ketchup & mayo using fries & fingers.

I visited the restaurant at around 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 30.

The food was excellent-10/10. Everything was fresh, well prepared, & delicious. The cashier was also very friendly, attentive, & provided great customer service. The restaurant itself had a nice atmosphere.

The reason I'm leaving this review is because I witnessed something that I found very concerning. An employee who had finished her shift was leaning over the peanut bin where customers take fresh peanuts, eating peanuts, talking over the bin, & dropping the shells into it. She then stood leaning over the food preparation counter, talking while burgers were being prepared directly below her. Afterwards, she continued eating peanuts & dropped the shells on the floor in front of customers instead of using a garbage bin.

This came across as unsanitary & unprofessional. It showed a lack of respect for food hygiene, the restaurant environment, & the customers. I hope management addresses this, because the food & service were otherwise outstanding.

I was getting tired snd needed to grab a meal with my adult daughter thank goodness Five Guys was close to the Costco in Broussard . The burgers & one fremch fry was all it took with all the free condiments jalapenos & all. Friendly staff no salt could be located didnt ask.

The fries here are shit nothing like other 5 Guys locations. This is the 2nd time I've tried this location & it's always a shit experience when it comes to their fries.

Five Guys Brossard staff does NOT understand requirements to minimize cross contamination. We requested care be taken in both English & French due to one of us having celiac. They do have lettuce wrapped burgers, but use the same gloves to put buns on the bun grill & then add burgers to the burger grill. When asked to use a fresh burger that the employee did not touch after touching the buns they refused (& I asked two people). They would not get separate tomato for our lettuce wrapped burger either. We were hoping that my daughter could at least eat the fries, but they significantly contaminated those as well. I would avoid this location if you have celiac. The Regina, SK locations take great care which is why we trusted this chain, but I will only use the Regina Five Guys due to lack of training at this location. I will contact the manager/owner so hopefully they can educate their staff.

My go-to cheat meal when I'm craving a really good burger. I love that they offer the option to have the burger lettuce-wrapped for those of us who avoid gluten. & the fries? Simply the best! Always fresh, generous, & absolutely delicious.
