Very nice lunch, food was very good, service a bit less, some confusion, but all in all it was a great experience & the quality of food was superior.
The food was good but the service could bee improved. We felt unattended.
Bread should have been brought to the without a client's request. Coffee was cold.. the 2nd cup - brought to replace the 1st one was only slightly warmer.
As far as classic "fine dining" goes the school is a real gem with two levels of service available at different times of the year, with, before the pandemic at least, excellent/affordable prices. I am interested to see how they have pivoted with their offerings, as they reopen this month.
Went there for a date with my dad & we both had a great time. The service is on point, the ambiance nice, & the dishes amazing. My favorite: the French Onion soup. My dad also ate everything he was given, which is actually rare. My only comment would be to try to make the Opera cake a bit softer. I found it was really hard to cut it (even with a sharp knife), so I had to eat it layer by layer. Otherwise, all good - looking forward to coming back again.
