Half the sandwich was fatty. Asked for lean. The French fries were soggy. The waiter brought new hot soggy fries. The latkas were meh.
Used to come here as a kid around 1:00am on St Catherine st for a hot hamburger platter.
The food has just gone down hill.
The fact they were busy just says that people don't know what good smocked meat & fries are.

Every bite was full of flavor, & the portion was generous. Great food, we had the Combo Special. Tasty & huge-we shared.
Reminded me a lot of typical Jewish delis in Cleveland & NYC.
We also had the strawberry cheesecake - out of sight delicious.
