All the reviews from mother's day on Google are right, horrible staff & service, many families getting up 2+ hours after being sat down because they were not getting served. Food missing items & no one to inquire with because they were seriously understaffed
We have been coming to this restaurant for weekend brunch whenever we're in Montréal for over 7 years now. The restaurant is always busy on the weekend which I love. Plenty of great energy & laughs in the air. The food & coffee is always excellent. They also have bottomless mimosas!
INSANELY overpriced we were shocked!
We were there for lunch & my son ordered the escargots, priced at $28 for an "entrée" - when it arrived, an hour later, they were clearly canned escargots, not even a full can at that, & completely tasteless. Served with 2 slivers of toasted bread.
Service was the worst ever - it took over an hour to get our order & we had to chase down the waiter for some water, & later on the bill.
The bathroom was disgusting!!!
I used to be a long-time customer of the original Duc de Lorraine, an elegant & wonderful patisserie with a lovely café. The current "Duc" is a complete embarrassment to our beautiful city known for its great restaurants, cafés, & patisseries.
Bonne bouffe, excellent cocktail. Service un peu lent, attente de 10min à l'arrivée malgré la réservation.
Wow, the bakery doesn't make it seem like the pastry is a waste of one's time because, really, it's really great & all the ingredients are in a pretty good place. The only thing I would say is if you're looking for a place where you can buy a pie then this is all you'll get.
Great value for the price You came with your food, I had perfect food. The bakery has so many great tasting items for me.
Good food.. really good service & the bakery has good quality ingredients.
Tasty burgers, fresh produce & the selection of specialty meals
Service & Staff were excellent - I enjoyed their service
I like the staff staff & the presentation
Sandwiches or Subs was Best & the service was fine.
Nice place, courteous staff, food was delicious.Highly Recommend
Great cake 🍰 & croissant 🥐! Very red & delicious!
We had a wonderful time, the staff was friendly & the portions were large. We will be visiting again soon.
Generally good food, a gorgeous terrace, & friendly staff. Prices are a little high, especially on alcohol, but also on mains. Lamb & potatoes—$59?
