Drogheria Fine est un petit comptoir sans chichis qui propose des gnocchis en takeout servis dans une boîte et accompagnés d'une sauce tomate maison à choix avec parmesan ou piment. Le rapport qualité-prix est largement mis en avant et les portions sont généreuses, ce qui en fait une halte pratique et prisée dans le quartier Mile End. We were brought here as part of a food tour on the Montreal Mile End. The gnocchi + tomato sauce was really delicious & for the price nothing can be beat!
We wouldn't have heard about this place had it not been for our tour guide Eric so we were glad to have it as a stop on the tour. There was a large lineup outside (there is no seating inside) but it seemed to be moving quickly.
If you're just looking for a meal to fill you up for $5, then this is a great option. However, I was underwhelmed by the taste, & the sauce felt a bit off for my personal tastes. It was a bit too sour. But service was quick & efficient.

Absolutely amazing! The food was delicious the gnocchi with tomato sauce & parmesan tasted fresh, rich, & homemade. The service was super friendly & welcoming, & everything came out just right. The place was very clean, & the atmosphere had a unique, cozy charm that made the whole experience even better. Honestly, one of the best spots I've tried in Montreal. Highly recommended!
Honestly, it's hard to beat a bucket steamy portion of gnocchi & sauce served to you in a Chinese boodle box. I like the sauce, I usually order my portion to be with cheese & chilli's. Bring someone on a date here & they'll always remember how cool you are.

First time here, & won't be the last. Great option for an inexpensive meal. The gnocchi is ok, the sauce is delicious. I got with cheese, which imo you don't get very much for the extra.
If you complain about spending 6.5$ including tax for a takeout box of fresh gnocchi with great tomato sauce, Parmesan & chilli flakes, then you seriously have an issue!!!!! This place is amazing for what you get! A definite stop ❤?

The gnocchi texture was very good, but BE WARNED: the sauce is not typical Italian marinara. It tasted similar to Chef Boyardee or even close to tomato soup or a Tteokbokki sauce.'With cheese' was very misleading-it's a small sprinkle of parm on top (almost like kraft). If you're expecting Italian marinara, you will be disappointed. Not sure that I would go back. Other people in my party liked it, but didn't love it.
Very fast service $5 sounded like a bargain. Unfortunately, at first glance, the sauce looked like tomato soup. Upon tasting it, it reminded me of canned tomato soup. So dissapointed that the two of us couldn't eat more than a few bites before deciding to bring it home & doctor it up with some seasoning or real tomato sauce.
Je ne comprends pas l'engouement de ce restaurant. J'ai pris les gnocchis à 5$ régulier (pas de piquant & pas de parmesan) & j'ai été vraiment déçue. C'est sûr que le prix est vraiment très abordable mais je m'attendais vraiment à plus surtout vu les critiques extrêmement positives. Je trouve que la sauce n'était pas très savoureuse & que la texture des gnocchis était étrange (trop collantes en bouche & molles). Bref, je ne recommande pas sauf si vous avez vraiment faim & avez un budget extrêmement limité.
Wow, glad we went here! One item on the menu for $5, but it's done very very well! I got the spicy with cheese version & my wife & son got the cheese version. We all loved it! We will definitely be going back for more!!! For those who've never been this is not a sit down restaurant, it's basically a service counter with sidewalk seating (no tables) in proximity of the location. Looking forward to trying the jar of pasta sauce we bought to bring home!!
This is an unreal experience. Where in the world can you find a window that just sells gnocchi? Well you can find it here, & the sauce & a gnocchi is so good..
The sauce is homemade, & it tastes like it is in a pot for hours if not days. There's no sweetness, no sugar, all you can taste is reduced tomatoes, caramelized onions, & the herbs. The sauce has a bold body & is very herbaceous.
$5 gets you a sizable container that wall keep you satisfied for hours.
Delicious, filling, & super cheap gnocchi -- what more can you ask for? This cute, Instagram-famous shop window serves nothing but gnocchi with homemade tomato sauce; you can only get it to-go, & they don't sell anything else (although you can choose to dress it up with cheese &/or red pepper flakes). Although they only make one thing, they do it incredibly well -- the gnocchi is super soft & pillowy, & it's clear that they started as a tomato sauce shop. The sauce is remarkably flavorful, with the right balance of savory, acidic, & very slightly sweet. It's especially tasty with the pepper, although beware that they like to pour a vat full of red pepper flakes on top. It's served in a Chinese take-out container with chopsticks, which is very cute & feels a bit like a clash of cultures.
The staff is super friendly, & it's 100% worth a stop, especially at their price point of $5 for a giant take-out container. They don't have any seating inside, but there are a few benches nearby that you can plop down on.

$6 gnocchi with cheese, it really doesn't get any better than this ! i didn't expect much for the price point, but the sauce was surprisingly great, the gnocchi was a good texture, & the portion size was generous
This place was quite busy when we arrived. We tried the gnocchi with tomato sauce from the takeout window & it was delicious. The gnocchi were soft & pillowy, & the sauce was so good we ended up buying a jar to take home. Simple, comforting, & full of flavour. We will definitely be going back.
The gnocchi & sauce at this hole-in-the-wall is some of (if not the best) food I've eaten in Montréal. For under $6 you can get a delicious, authentic takeout box of freshly made gnocchi, topped with a rich tomato pasta sauce, plus chili flakes or parmesan cheese if you like. We loved it so much that we returned to buy the gnocchi & pasta sauce in bulk, taking it home to Toronto & flying it to Vancouver to share with family later! Note that they accept cash & debit. Highly recommend visiting, I'll be back!
