Crew Collective & Café est souvent décrit comme un lieu exceptionnel par son cadre, une ancienne banque transformée en espace élégant avec des plafonds vertigineux et des details historiques qui donnent l'impression d'un lieu unique pour boire un cafe, travailler ou se detendre. Les boissons et les patisseries sont globalement appréciées, certains elements comme le croissant ou le latte etant salués, meme si les prix peuvent sembler elevés et la qualite varier selon les jours. Le service fait l'objet de retours contrastés: efficace en periode calme, mais parfois deborde ou peu attentif lorsque l'endroit est bondé. La configuration propose des zones sans ordinateur et des espaces privés a louer, ce qui peut etre pratique pour travailler mais decourage ceux qui veulent rester librement connects. L'accesibilite et le bruit restent des points evoques, avec des escaliers et une frequentation touristique qui rendent l'endroit moins accessible ou cosy pour tous. En somme, l'endroit est une icone visuelle et une experience a part entiere, surtout pour l'architecture et l'atmosphere, mais les avis sur la nourriture, le service et le rapport prix/qualite montrent une certaine variete.
It is amazing place if you like historical places as it was the RBC bank & it really looks very luxury. Regarding the food & drinks it was quite expensive with medium quality. The service was ok but not that great too. I ordered cafe latte with lavender it came very sweet & cold really cold, & when I asked the waitress to warm it for me & make it less sweet she said that she can't warm it but can add some coffee or milk which turn it worse. The smoked salmon also looks good but under expectations in taste.

When I am in town, I enjoy visiting this place. The food is consistently fresh, delicious, & reasonably priced. The cafe staff is efficient & thoughtful, & of course, the location of this establishment is monumentally beautiful. Today I had a Montreal bagel with cream cheese & a latte. If you've never had a Montreal bagel, you must try one. They are easily the best bagels in the world. Treat yourself to a good cup of coffee, a bite to eat, & soak up the unique & truly unforgettable location & atmosphere.
Beaaaautiful place yes but the quality of the drinks is not consistent. Just now, I paid $7 including tip for this thing they call it latte. The milk foam is not of good latte. So sad.
🇬🇧 If you are looking for a good & simple snack in a historic place, look no further, this little café is for you. ❤️ Pros: The coffee is good, the decor is original from the 1800s, the chairs are comfortable, the service is fast. 💔 Cons: Always a lot of people, finding a place is difficult, the price is quite expensive, they close at 16:00 (very early). 🇲🇫 Si vous désirez une collaction simple dans un lieu historique, ne cherchez plus, ce petit café est pour vous. ❤️ Positifs : Le café est bon, les décors sont des originaux de 1800, le service est rapide, les fauteuils sont confortables. 💔 Négatifs : C'est BONDÉ de monde, trouver une place est difficile. Le prix est assez cher (ici 30$ pour un bowl & un latte) & ils ferment à 16h.
Beautiful Co-working space or a place to just hang out with friends. The cafe located in the old port of Montréal, is a perfect stop for a good coffee & scenic views. I ordered the pulled pork grilled cheese & the London Fog Latte. Everything was super tasty. The washroom however needs tending. I did not expect such a difference between the cafe decor & the washroom. Needs new colours & a makeover at this point LOL! But still highly recommended & would visit again.

For tourists, it LOOKS nice/cool because it used to be a bank. The architecture is cool to check out. Def' overpriced lmao. Employees were nice. 20$ for two iced lattes 😂🤌
I had a fantastic time at Crew Collective & Café! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the beautiful architecture & aesthetic decor. The spacious seating area made it perfect for enjoying our food. The private study rooms for 15$/h were a great addition. I absolutely loved the Oat & Lavender Latte - it's easily a 3.5/5 for me. My brother enjoyed the refreshing Matcha Lemonade, also a solid 5/5! The Sugar Scone was delicious, although slightly dry, earning a 3/5. The Brownies were decent but not too exciting, a 2/5 from me. Overall, I'd rate the experience 4/5 & highly recommend this cafe to anyone visiting Montreal. The staff were incredibly kind & friendly. The prices were a little much - we spent a total of 28$ (taxes included) for two drinks & two pastries. Keep in mind, there might be a wait during rush hours. We waited about 15-20 minutes, but it's definitely worth it. Can't wait to visit again soon!
Beautiful building & great spot to sit. But it took them 32 minutes to make a latte. Absurd. & they weren’t very nice about it when people were asking when their coffee would be ready. I would go to view but not order coffee.

Je ne connais pas particulièrement le groupe Crew, compagnie de type '' incubateur '' qui s'occupe du café Crew, mais une chose est sûre : ils ne font pas les choses à moitié.
Je ne sais pas par où commencer. Je vais y aller sous format liste :
1- Mention spéciale au rachat de l'espace sublime laissé vide par le départ d'une institution financière.
2- Le décor de ce café est unique & l'espace est bien réutilisé. Tables pour manger ou étudier, sofas confortables ainsi que des salles de travail cloisonnées pouvant être louées sur une base occasionnelle ou régulière.
3- Qualité de la nourriture : impeccable. Café de qualité, smoothies denses goûteux & sans saveurs ajoutées. Mon thé glacé était un vrai thé glacé. Sans sucre. Ne vous attendez pas à du Nestea! Biscuit choco-pacane avec zeste d'orange intéressant. J'ai hâte de revenir pour la tartine avocat saumon. Une nourriture d'une qualité irréprochable.
4- Bémol : service en anglais, difficulté à parler à quelqu'un de francophone. Attitude distante voire bête lors du service.
