La casserole halloumi chorizo était supper bonne mais malheureusement je nai pas trouver le chorizo & la quantité de tomate séchée était un peu exagéré à mon goût mais super expérience je reviendrais

I tried the halloumi & chorizo casserole. While the flavors were pleasant, there was a major issue with the dish's foundation: the potatoes. The casserole is designed to mix its components (chorizo, hollandaise sauce, egg, & sun-dried tomatoes) with the potatoes, but they are served in large, unchopped pieces. This makes it difficult to blend the ingredients properly, & you're left struggling to mix it all together. The potatoes themselves were disappointing-some of the worst I've had at any breakfast chain. Despite the dish falling short, the service was outstanding. Our server went above & beyond, ensuring we had a great experience with her communication & attentiveness. Overall, while the meal was underwhelming, the service made the visit worthwhile.
