Premièrement, les employées ne semblaient pas vouloir nous laisser tester quelques sortes de chocolat pour tremper nos cornets avant de faire nos choix. On sentait que ça les agaçait. & il y avait une pression pour faire vite même si nous étions les seuls clients au comptoir.
Deuxièmement, la crème glacé qu'ils ont servi fondait trop rapidement, même dans l'enrobage en chocolat. Manger nos cornets s'est avréré difficile & salissant. Nettoyer les tables après était fastidieux. Mais nous avons pris le temps de le faire.
J'aime bien le chocolat Favoris. J'aime la diversité de la marchandise mais surtout les thèmes selon les fêtes. Aliments de bonne qualité & assez abordables.
Un univers chocolat, où j'ai été très agréablement surpris par l'endroit & les différentes saveurs offertes. Idéal le temps d'une pause afin de ravir vos papilles. Un peu cher mais la quantité & la saveur est au RDV..je recommande.
I visited Chocolat Favoris yesterday to claim my free birthday gift (just had to show my ID on my birthday), & it was a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly kind & helpful, making me feel very welcome from the moment I walked in. It would be great if the company offered a warm option for birthdays that fall during the winter months, as a cozy treat would be the perfect way to celebrate in the cold weather! I chose the maple ice cream with a chocolate hazelnut topping . It was delicious! Rich, creamy, & full of flavor, it was the perfect indulgence. I'll definitely be coming back to treat myself again soon! Highly recommend if you're in the mood for something sweet & a great experience overall.
Fast service! The bébé size was just right for me, the cotton candy might be a little too much sweetness for me but it's good regardless. Great as a snack, they have other dessert options like cake!

Out of this world! But be careful about selecting the right size. Mini would be enough & you might have trouble finishing your ice cream if you order the larger ones.
Ahh mazing chocolate !! The choc-dipped vanilla ice cream cones are the absolute bomb! Best ever I've tasted!
Perfect place to grab a hot chocolate in the winter. They give you the choice to choose two different flavours for your hot chocolate & have 2 new surprise flavours every month I guess. A little bit on the pricey side (8$ with tax for small size), but its worth a shot!
J'ai généralement beaucoup de mal à trouver du chocolat que je trouve bon. Pour le rapport qualité prix, je trouve que c'est vraiment un excellent endroit !

I was only able to choose from the 2 vegan options available, with these being the Pumpkin Spice soft serve & the Pumpkin Spice (Citroullie Epicé) Sorbet soft serve. Since I'm not at all a sorbet fan, I chose the Pumpkin Spice soft serve, & had it enrobed in regular dark chocolate (not the 57% cacao dark chocolate). It was delicious - not too sweet, & the pumpkin spice flavor came through delightfully. One of the best soft serves I've had to date, including the dairy ones I ate before becoming vegan.
