I ordered the dark chocolate ice cream, but it was quite disappointing. It barely had any real chocolate flavor, & there was a noticeable faint'freezer' taste, like it had been sitting for too long.
The texture was okay, but the overall taste felt stale & not fresh. Definitely not what I would expect from a place serving specialty desserts.
TLDR: come here for crappy service & mediocre sweets
Tried the marble soft serve with dark chocolate dip. Nothing special. Typical soft serve with typical chocolate.
What was really bad was the older lady manning the cashier. She was extremely rude to everyone. She even yelled at us to'stop trying to steal someone else's identity by looking at the credit card reader while someone else is using it' when 4 of us were clearly looking at the sign on the counter for available flavors.
She also yelled at several other people for various things. Several groups came in the door when they were trying to close & she yelled'We're closed. Leave'

We've been to this café dozens of times, which is why I was especially disappointed with the service today.
I ordered the fondue & clearly mentioned that I would be eating in, not taking it to go. However, it was served in a plastic container with fruit that did not look fresh, & the chocolate was in a small paper cup.
When I politely asked if the strawberries could be replaced with fresh ones & if the dish could be served properly on a plate, I still received the same paper cup & the fruit on wooden sticks.
Unfortunately, the overall experience felt very careless, as if there was little attention or respect toward the customer.
I tried the dark chocolate & pistachio flavors. The dark chocolate is highly recommended - rich, intense, & pleasantly bitter. The pistachio tastes authentic & well executed.The gelato texture is on the firmer side.
Although the staff were very busy, they were friendly & welcoming. The atmosphere inside the shop is warm & comfortable.
This is a spectacular ice cream, hot coca, waffle, & sundae place! 😋They even have family fudge boards🤤! Great place for dessert & even just a mid day treat. They have awesome decor & creative products too. There is a large variety of cone sizes, ice cream flavors, & toppings/ice cream dips. Outstanding service & it is a really good place for all ages. Even with lots of customers, they get all the orders done fast, but they look (& taste) like heaven. I would highly recommend this to anyone craving a sweat treat🍦🍨☕? (my eleven year old daughter wrote this! She loves this place so much & wishes she had one in her home town!🤗)

They messed up our order, & when we asked to correct it, the staff member shrugged it off & claimed it wasn't her fault. No accountability, no effort to resolve the issue. Very disappointing experience
Accueil très courtois, la vendeuse est souriante & semble vraiment aimer son travail. Le lieu est sympathique & agréable. Les produits sont bons, mais les prix un peu élevés à mon goût.
