My family & I ordered together, & while three of us received our orders almost immediately, the rest of us were left waiting for over three minutes while at least 15 other customers who ordered after us were served first. To make things even more frustrating, someone who ordered the exact same item as us received theirs before we did.

While we were waiting, our ice cream was already starting to melt. My brother eventually asked if our order was ready, & instead of politely answering, the employee simply pointed at it with a smirk, which came across as rude & unprofessional.

When we finally received our order, the ice cream was half melted, & the decoration looked nothing like the picture on the menu or like what other customers were receiving. It felt rushed & carelessly made.

The long wait, poor customer service, & disappointing presentation completely ruined what was supposed to be a nice family treat. I was really looking forward to it, but the whole experience left me frustrated & disappointed. I hope the staff can improve their organization & treat every customer with the same level of respect.

Mauvaise expérience, j'ai commandé un lait frappé au Chocolat & je le reçois pratiquement liquide. On dirait un lait au chocolat. En demandant poliment s'il serait possible de le refaire correctement, la jeune serveuse disait que c'était normal & elle refusait d'en faire un nouveau. J'ai toujours eu des bonnes expériences aux autres chocolato, spécialement en commandant le lait frappé, mais celle-ci va demeurer le pire malheureusement. Le service à la clientèle ne semble pas être une priorité:)

Le personnel est aimable, la crème glacée est bonne mais chère. Plus de 8$ pour un petit sorbet avec des bonbons.

Crème glacée adéquate. File d'attente inutilement longue (30 minutes). Les employés jasent entre eux en mangeant de la crème glacée sans servir les clients…
