The milk chocolate bubble ice cream, however, wasn't really to our taste, & we didn't enjoy it as much as we expected. The Merry Cream was okay, but nothing particularly special for us.
Still, it was a nice place to enjoy something sweet, & I'd definitely come back for the waffle! 🍦🧇
Great ice cream & a cozy spot after our ziptrek, with a genuinely sweet cashier who made us feel welcome. Unfortunately, an older woman (owner/manager?) was repeatedly rude & dismissive during our visit, snapping over small things & escalating over nothing. Lovely food, one really unpleasant interaction.

We stopped in after a 3-hour ziptrek adventure, & this place had everything going for it - delicious ice cream, a genuinely cozy & cute little space, & exactly the kind of relaxed stop we needed after a long morning outdoors.
The cashier who served us was wonderful - polite, warm, & attentive from start to finish.
Unfortunately, an older woman who seemed to be the owner or manager brought the experience down significantly. In the span of about 20 minutes, we saw three separate moments of unnecessary tension from her: she didn't call out my brother's name when his order was ready, leaving him unsure whose ice cream it was; when he asked where to find the garbage bin, she responded with a silent, dismissive gesture instead of just telling him; & when I asked the cashier at the counter whether I could grab a to-go waffle cone (the line was fine with it, no one objected), she started raising her voice in French, visibly upset over something so minor. When I calmly asked why she was reacting that way & said I'd just leave if it was an issue, she kept escalating instead of calming down, insisting she wanted to'speak' while not actually letting the conversation happen.
It's disappointing, because the food, the atmosphere, & the rest of the staff were genuinely lovely. But this one person's attitude left a real mark on an otherwise great visit. Hopefully future visitors only interact with the rest of the team.

There was a lady working alongside youth, who was very aggressive & created an uncomfortable environment for my family & I. When we confronted her about her attitude, she continued raising her voice & said'I'm italian this is how I talk'. We asked why she kept shouting & she responded with a mocking hush voice. I will not come back again & suggest others don't as well.
My family & I ordered together, & while three of us received our orders almost immediately, the rest of us were left waiting for over three minutes while at least 15 other customers who ordered after us were served first. To make things even more frustrating, someone who ordered the exact same item as us received theirs before we did.
While we were waiting, our ice cream was already starting to melt. My brother eventually asked if our order was ready, & instead of politely answering, the employee simply pointed at it with a smirk, which came across as rude & unprofessional.
When we finally received our order, the ice cream was half melted, & the decoration looked nothing like the picture on the menu or like what other customers were receiving. It felt rushed & carelessly made.
The long wait, poor customer service, & disappointing presentation completely ruined what was supposed to be a nice family treat. I was really looking forward to it, but the whole experience left me frustrated & disappointed. I hope the staff can improve their organization & treat every customer with the same level of respect.
