Overall, we had a good experience. The waffle was definitely my favorite-delicious & something I would order again. 🧇❤?

The milk chocolate bubble ice cream, however, wasn't really to our taste, & we didn't enjoy it as much as we expected. The Merry Cream was okay, but nothing particularly special for us.

Still, it was a nice place to enjoy something sweet, & I'd definitely come back for the waffle! 🍦🧇

Las dos veces que he probado estos helados son ricos, pero la presentación siempre me defrauda. Esta vez pedí un café que venía presentado en una taza con su respectiva bola de helado dentro, y esto fue lo que me entregaron. Totalmente diferente a lo que ofrecen :/ una pena.. 🙍?♀?

La chica que atiende es muy mal educada me atendió molesta quizas tuvo un mal dia pero no por eso debe tratar tan mal a los clientes y la cara que coloca al preguntarle como que le molesta y no quiere trabajar aqui deberia encontrar un trabajo que la haga feliz porque atencion al cliente no es lo suyo.

Absolutely terrible experience. The staff was rude, unhelpful, & had no idea how to communicate with customers professionally.
I ordered a large cone, but instead of fulfilling my order, the staff member decided to change it to a bowl because she said dipping the cone with gelato was'difficult' When I specifically asked for the cone I had originally ordered, she gave me an attitude & simply threw the bowl into the fridge without saying a word.
If something on the menu is difficult to prepare, that should be communicated politely to the customer, not decided for them without their consent. The way I was treated was extremely disrespectful, & the overall customer service was pathetic.
Very disappointing experience. Good customer service should be the bare minimum, regardless of whether the staff member is a student or not.

I was waiting for my ice cream. Someone came back with her cup & said: this doesn't taste vanilla. The guy took it & emptied it back into the container instad of throwing it in the bin. The lady had eaten from it!

Good ice cream. Many options to choose from. Can get busy at times. Line moves well so don't get deterred if it looks really long.
