Worst experience ever as an outsider of Quebec, we know tipping culture is there in quebec but its not a compulsive thing. The manager was so rude when we tipped him 5$ he shouted at us by saying this is not good u can not be doing this & that also in front of 20 people. Because of this embarrassment he made me pay 8$ extra for the tip. Ridiculous. I was alone with my partner couldn't do much. No body says anything like this in Ontario. Even sometime we don't tip they smile & greet us. But this person literally shouted at us in front of everyone. I mean tips are paid as anyone wants!!!

The food was actually delicious, & we really enjoyed the quality of it. Unfortunately, the way we were treated completely ruined the experience.

The staff member who served us was extremely rude & disrespectful in the way they spoke to us. At several points, their attitude was so inappropriate that we genuinely felt uncomfortable & offended.

Good food is important, but respectful & professional customer service is just as important. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not feel comfortable coming back.

The service was really poor, the staff instead of serving the guests were busy screaming at each other. One customer complained about the food & they told him to get out. The whole place was chaotic .. the pizza was just not worth all that hulalaboo

At reception we were made to wait 10 mins where the whole restaurant was empty & the attendant was upfront rude. Won't recommend this place to anyone.
