Honnêtement waw, j'ai été pour la première fois avec mon amie & j'ai rien de négatif a dire. Le service & la nourriture 10/10, on a attendue moins que 10 minutes pour recevoir le tout. Le riz était tellement bon que j'ai même pas eu a rajouter de la sauce, le griot & le poulet très tendre & savoureux, le pikliz 10/10. Les portions sont très généreuse. Fortement recommandé!!
It's an incredible place for Haitian cuisine. I just tasted the best griot (super tender & savory) & riz djon djon ever!
But to be honest, everything was absolutely delicious.
My other top dishes to try : BBQ Chef Mak, Beef Pâté, macaroni (it's the best compared to the other places) & even the Légumes is WOW!

Premier griot à Montréal depuis 6 ans à Québec. Il était délicieux, croustillant, tendre, goûteux. Portion très généreuse, pikliz avec un petit kick, salade de macaroni crémeuse. Certainement pas ma dernière fois à aller chez Chef Mak! Personnel souriant, service rapide & musique festive, que demander de mieux à quelques minutes de chez-soi. J'ai même des restes pour l'après-midi!
Les pâtes étaient excellentes, la dinde & le griot un régal !!!!& pour finir les pâtés maison INCROYABLE!!! On peut le voir & le goûter qu'ils sont fait maison!! Bon service pour emporter .

Nouvellement dans le quartier, je viens tout juste de découvrir le restaurant. J'ai pris le plat légume ainsi que du griot & je jure que chaque bouchée était formidablement délicieuse. Les saveurs sont bien présentes, le pikliz est l'un des meilleurs que j'ai goûté d'un restaurant, la sauce est onctueuse & les bananes étaient cuites à la perfection & bien croustillantes!
Bref, vraiment pas déçue d'avoir emménagé près de ce restaurant que je recommande absolument à tous!!!
Drove one hour to visit this place that my friend recommended me. I had no expectations & the food blew my mind. The sauce on the chicken plate is creamy & full of flavors, the rice & all the sides are on point. Will come back for sure. I heard in summer 2025 they will have a terrace also, can't wait to come back!
I loved this place. The service is extremely kind & helpful. When I arrived, I didn't know what to choose since it was my first time trying Creole food. The lady was awesome & helped me & my friend make a very good decision, we loved the meal. We also tried some drinks from her country, & they were equally delicious. For sure, we will come back. 😊
