Un cena muy agradable para terminar nuestra visita en Montreal. Llegamos y justo había música en vivo, Pablo, nuestro anfitrión, fue sumamente amable y nos recomendó excelente comida, les recomiendo probar el pastel de maíz, es asombroso. Una cena 10/10
We visited Casa Azul yesterday for my birthday & were truly impressed. It's a Mexican restaurant with a unique & refined twist, & I must say - the food was absolutely delicious!
The beef tacos were exquisite - packed with flavor & cooked to perfection. But what truly stole the show were the spicy margaritas - seriously, to die for!
What made the experience even more special was the outstanding customer service. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Our waitress, who had short hair, was incredibly friendly, professional, & made us feel so welcome - it was honestly refreshing. The entire staff was helpful, attentive, & patient.
Bravo to the whole team!
I can't wait to go back - especially if there's live music or shows in the future.
La comida es deliciosa! Los ingredientes frescos y sabrosos. Te sentís como si estuvieras en México. Probamos los tacos y ceviche.
El ambiente es muy lindo, adornado al estilo mexicano y tienen música en vivo también.
Los tragos de tequila y mezcal son ree deliciosos.

This was a strange evening. The staff is super cute, & they mean well. The place is a bit disorganized. Where to start? Mexican restaurant that has only 1 tequila... & it's Sauza... not really tequila. Food came to table... we asked what it was, the server said'I don't know - they told me to take it to your table.' Shrimp ceviche was rubbery, not cut properly, & was a lemon soy sauce bomb (tasted like soy sauce). Guac was under seasoned, chips were over fried... There's more to say... but I'll stop here... suffice it to say that it felt like they just opened & that it's being run by a bunch of young friends. Over $100 for 2 people & not worth it. Music was great, though!
As a Mexican, I can confidently say that this restaurant is the real deal! The food tastes just like what you'd find back home. The molcajete was an absolute standout-full of flavor & perfectly seasoned. The moles were rich, complex, & took me straight back to my grandma's kitchen. & the margaritas? On point! The balance of flavors was perfect, & they really know how to mix a drink. The staff was incredibly attentive & welcoming, making the whole experience even better. The ambiance truly transported me to Mexico-beautiful décor, vibrant colors, & the music made me feel right at home. If you're craving authentic Mexican food, this place is a must. Highly recommended!
We have been here twice & have been extremely satisfied with the food & the customer service. Everything is fresh & lovingly made. The restaurant decoration & the music transport us back to Mexico. This is a new favorite & we'll return.
Great ambience , food was well presented . My husband ordered a grilled steak & loved it. Live music set the mood perfectly for a Saturday night dinner.
Visited Casa Azul on a Saturday night when they had live music & we had a great time. The food & drinks were delicious. Will definitely return once their patio is open! Visitamos Casa Azul un sábado por la noche, había música en vivo y la pasamos súper bien. La comida muy rica y un buen servicio.
Fine cuisine mexicaine avec spiritueux d'importation privée de très grande qualité. Accueil & service comme si vous étiez de la famille. Musiciens live. Vous y passerez assurément un excellent moment.

Love the music & everything we ordered was delicious, except for the tres leches, which we thought was very dry & didn't eat. Also beware of the opening hours, which aren't always accurate.
Stunning new restaurant with incredible authentic Mexican food. The romantic high ceilings, oversized plants & music make you feel like you're on vacation. The space itself seems very well-suited to private events & special occasions. We enjoyed the chile nogada very much & look forward to trying other dishes. Service could use some fine-tuning - the desserts were very dry & the dulce de leche dessert was almost inedible, but our server did not notice or inquire when it was left almost untouched. The espresso was also charged incorrectly (but the owners offered to refund it immediately).
Casa Azul was more than just a lovely place & great food, but a dining experience. It was in the little details such as adding little flowers & a candle to the table, the lights, the plants, the music. It felt like I was part of the family, even for the short duration I was there. Definitely recommend!!
