Ce fut notre première visite avec mon épouse pour célébrer nos 11 ans de mariage, & nous avons passé une soirée mémorable.
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis. Le cadre est magnifique, avec une vue spectaculaire sur Montréal qui s'étend jusqu'à l'horizon.
Le service a été impeccable du début à la fin. Notre serveur (dont je ne connais malheureusement pas le nom, mais qui était tatoué jusqu'au cou) a été extrêmement professionnel, attentionné & de très bon conseil tout au long du repas.
J'ai choisi le'Filet mignon Rossini', cuit exactement comme demandé. La viande était tendre, les champignons délicieux & le foie gras parfaitement fondant. Petit point à noter : le prix affiché de 69 $ concerne uniquement le plat principal, les accompagnements étant facturés séparément. C'est certes un peu dispendieux, mais la qualité & la générosité du foie gras justifient en bonne partie ce coût, surtout pour une occasion spéciale.
Mon épouse a opté pour le'Poulet Parmigiana'. La sauce était savoureuse & l'assaisonnement très réussi. Son seul commentaire concerne le poulet, qu'elle a trouvé légèrement sec, sans toutefois que cela nuise à son appréciation générale du plat.
Mention spéciale au tiramisu, absolument délicieux & parfait pour terminer le repas.
En résumé, une excellente expérience dans un cadre exceptionnel. Nous reviendrons assurément avec nos amis & notre famille. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation pour souligner un événement spécial ou simplement pour se faire plaisir.
Cappello was easily one of the highlights of our trip. The food was phenomenal, the staff were so lovely & kind, & the music really added to the atmosphere. The views are gorgeous too so I'd definitely recommend going around sunset & watching the city as it just adds to the whole experience. 15/10!! I absolutely will be going back!

Je suis allé avec ma copine, c'était notre première fois à ce restaurant. Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux & élégant. Nous avons commencé par 2 cocktails, le Hugo Royal & un martini Freezer Door Vesper. Présentation superbe & goût raffiné. On vient vraiment chercher des arômes d'agrumes qui complètent bien l'alcool. Pour les plats, nous avons opté pour la sélection du chef 4 services pour deux personnes, un choix parfait pour goûter plusieurs plats. Salade d'endives, carpaccio de dorade, gnocchis burro e salvia, cappelletti, poulet Parmigiana & soft gelato. Tous excellents, palette de goûts très variés & riches. Pour ce qui est du service : impeccable & professionnel, tout simplement Wow. Nous avons été servis par Nathan, jeune serveur qui a beaucoup de potentiel & à qui il ne manque que du temps pour perfectionner son service. J'aimerais spécialement remercier Kevin Bussières pour la recommandation du vin, le Pacina IGT de 2016, qui est venu accorder le service à un autre niveau, pour une expérience à la hauteur de l'emplacement du restaurant. I came here with my friends, & there were three of us. The hostess was very nice, & Jess at the bar provided great service. I highly recommend this place, & I will definitely come back again!
