This one was a hidden gem for us. We arrived there on a Sunday morning about 9:30 am. I don't know much about Quebec's customs but it was not crowded at all (unlike Ontario brunch places at that time of the day), probably half full. The crowd started around 10:30 am.
Now when I tell you it was a hidden gem is because the surroundings of this place looked a little rundown & I'm not gonna lie, it felt sketchy. Funny enough after half an hour of being there we saw people jogging, biking, walking their dogs; it felt like a completely different neighborhood in a matter of 30 mins lol.
The restaurant is beautifully decorated & it's super hard to miss with the impossing facade.
The food was outstanding & the presentation, impeccable.
The staff was so friendly & helpful. No complaints.
Parking is not hard, but you need to park on the street, they don't have on-site parking. It was cool because we realized that on Sunday you didn't pay where we parked until 1pm & we could park right on the side of the restaurant.
All in all, I fully recommend it, you won't regret it.View more

I'm so glad we stopped here for breakfast! The latte was the best I had in Montréal. So smooth, rich,perfect ammount of lavender flavor & perfectly made. I also loved the atmosphere. They offer discounts to college students, so the café was full of students working & collaborating, which gave the place such a lively & hip vibe. It made me nostalgic for my own college days! Our breakfast was delightful. My partner ordered the waffle, whcuh was actually three little waffles so cutely presented & came with a generous serving of fresh fruit & delicious whipped cream/maple syrup. Of course, I had to take a bite. I had the avocado toast with eggs, which was more like guacamole toast, but it was flavorful & satisfying. The waitstaff was friendly & attentive. I'd definitely recommend this spot for a cozy, delicious start to your day in Montréal!View more

Very cozy brunch restaurant close to McGill University. The food is good & well portioned. I particularly recommend the omlettes which are done perfectly here. Be aware that there are usually lineups on weekends (again probably because of the proximity to the university campus) so make sure to have some time to spare when you do come here. On the plus side though, you leave with a full stomach & without breaking the bank for brunch.View more

Cafe St-Barth is a quaint, bright & welcoming cafe where you are certain to enjoy your breakfast. My friend & I dined on a Sunday morning & ordered Belgian Waffles & a Veggie Omelet. The presentation & taste of our food were great. My friend loved his Belgian Waffles & I found the flavor of the Omelet to be fresh & delicious. The service was excellent. We are so glad that we found Cafe St. Barth while visiting Montreal. I recommend this Cafe for breakfast. I hope you give it a try.View more

Adorable cafe with a bright atmosphere & plenty of plants. The servers were very friendly & attentive. Ordered the classic breakfast & the St Barth benedict with avocado. Never thought to have an eggs benedict on a croissant & WOW it was so delicious. Highly recommend the matcha latte too, very smooth & well balanced. Awesome cafe, really enjoyed our meal!!View more

I have been to Montreal several times now, & St Barth Cafe has consistently served one of my favourite breakfasts. The service is friendly, the food is delicious & the ingredients are extremely fresh. The coffee is also very high-quality & I've also enjoyed their freshly made healthy smoothies if I am not wanting a full breakfast meal. Super friendly as soon as we walked in. Both the St. Barth Benny (Smoked Salmon) & the Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast were delicious, we would also recommend the Wild Berry Blast Smoothie. The service was quick considering how busy it was. & the staff were very nice. Part of our order was messed up but they more than made up for it. If we return to Montreal we will be back!View more

I visited this adorable café during my three-day trip to Montreal & ended up loving it so much that I went back every day! The place is beautifully decorated, creating a perfect backdrop for a relaxed meal. The ice lattes & Eggs Benedict are a must-try - simply delicious. My friends also enjoyed their meals immensely, praising the quality & taste. The ambiance is complemented by friendly service & a fantastic vibe. Very bright & charming cafe. More of a brunch spot than a classic “grab a coffee” cafe.
The service is really friendly!
They are also computer-friendly, with lots of outlets & good wifi. Quite a loud place, I wouldn’t recommend it focus on work.
Their smoothies are really sweet - wouldn’t recommend.
