Quelques options végétaliennes sont proposées (deux plats au moment de notre visite). En revanche, le grilled cheese végétalien affiché sur le menu extérieur n'est plus offert.
Les repas étaient délicieux, mais le restaurant était très bruyant, même en dehors de la fin de semaine.

I had a great first impression of this restaurant. At the beginning, I was served by two female servers who were both friendly, attentive, & genuinely welcoming. Although there was a misunderstanding with my order, they noticed the issue very quickly because they paid close attention to every customer, & they resolved it promptly.

Later, I believe one of them went on break & a male server took over. Unfortunately, the quality of the service changed completely. He walked around the restaurant without paying attention to customers, making it nearly impossible to get his attention when I needed assistance. I had to walk to the counter myself to ask for help. It seemed like the staff only wanted to deliver the food as quickly as possible & then stand behind the counter.

What disappointed me the most was when he brought me the bill. Without making any eye contact or saying a word, he simply dropped it onto my table. The bill fell onto the floor, & he didn't even notice until another customer pointed it out. Only then did he come back to pick it up. I found this extremely rude & disrespectful.

Throughout my meal, I had no interaction with him, so I honestly don't understand why I was treated this way.

The food was delicious, but the poor service left such a bad impression that I would not return, nor would I recommend this restaurant to others.

I had a fantastic experience at Janine Cafe! The service was quick & pleasant, portions were generous (not to mention delicious), & the decor was very charming. Prices are also reasonable for the overall quality of the experience.

Nous étions quatre, ma famille & moi. Le service était parfait, & le brunch ainsi que les mimosas étaient délicieux. Les bénédictines au boeuf braisé étaient impeccables. Le plus jeune a adoré la brioche. Un succès. Merci !

Service impeccable mais les portions sont petites. On a pris le latkes & le sucré salé (qui avait plus de jambon qu'on pensait). Le décor était très cute aussi

Excellente nourriture mais un peu plus d'aliments dans l'assiette vous aurait donné un 5 sur 5…. Surtout pour le prix payé.
