This one was a hidden gem for us. We arrived there on a Sunday morning about 9:30 am. I don't know much about Quebec's customs but it was not crowded at all (unlike Ontario brunch places at that time of the day), probably half full. The crowd started around 10:30 am.
Now when I tell you it was a hidden gem is because the surroundings of this place looked a little rundown & I'm not gonna lie, it felt sketchy. Funny enough after half an hour of being there we saw people jogging, biking, walking their dogs; it felt like a completely different neighborhood in a matter of 30 mins lol.
The restaurant is beautifully decorated & it's super hard to miss with the impossing facade.
The food was outstanding & the presentation, impeccable.
The staff was so friendly & helpful. No complaints.
Parking is not hard, but you need to park on the street, they don't have on-site parking. It was cool because we realized that on Sunday you didn't pay where we parked until 1pm & we could park right on the side of the restaurant.
All in all, I fully recommend it, you won't regret it.View more

Like everything on Social Media & AirBnb, it's amazing what digital touchups can do. We were surprised that it didn't look as nice as it did in the photos. No cap.
I was gagged when they said breakfast was not being served, with no mention of that on the menu or website.
Over 15 dollars for a lox & cream cheese bagel? Big Yikes.
Oh, & don't order the Belgian Waffles unless you like 3 of the smallest pieces of dough you've ever seen. These things looked like baby turtles fleeing from their shells into the sea. It gave major ick vibes.
The food presentation is nice, & I guess that's part of the high prices. We took the L on that one.
Head here if you want brunch with your bae besties & fire skibidi toilet rizz music, stay away if you want a chill brunch with affordable filling food.View more

J'ai été agréablement surprise par la qualité de cet endroit à déjeuner dès ma première visite & depuis, j'y vais régulièrement, car j'habite tout proche & c'est cette ambiance de brunch sympathique qu'il n'y a pas à beaucoup d'endroits dans le coin. La nourriture est délicieuse & bien présentée. Le choix est également varié. Un plus: l'exceptionnel choix de jus frais & smoothies qui rehausse encore plus l'intérêt pour ce petit endroit. & leur café est très bon (je prends le café filtre & il est super). Le personnel est amical & professionnel & nous répond toujours avec courtoisie & avec le sourire. Ils ont été bien accommodants quand j'y ai été avec mon bébé. Absolutely amazing brunch. Got a smoked salmon & avocado bagel, which was so so so good... sesame seed bagel absolutely ate & the side salad was so tasty, had a vinegar, lemon dressing 🤤🤤🤤. Great atmosphere & vibes with speedy & friendly service!View more

Mon expérience dans ce café est très mitigée. L'ambiance en général n'était pas bonne, il y avait beaucoup de bruit, ce qui est compréhensible en période de pointe, mais cela, couplé à la taille exiguë de ce café & aux petites tables très serrées avec beaucoup de passages aux alentours... cela ne partait pas sur la bonne voie. En ce qui concerne la nourriture, c'est un brunch standard, rien de particulier, si ce n'est la taille absolument ridicule des gaufres (comme vous pouvez le voir sur la photo), qui étaient à un prix que je considère démesuré pour la quantité de nourriture (entre 15 & 16 $). Le service était correct, pas particulièrement chaleureux mais professionnel, donc rien à redire là-dessus. Dans l'ensemble, je ne retournerai pas dans ce brunch, & je ne le recommanderais donc pas non plus, à mon goût, l'adresse n'en vaut pas le détour.View more

Very cozy brunch restaurant close to McGill University. The food is good & well portioned. I particularly recommend the omlettes which are done perfectly here. Be aware that there are usually lineups on weekends (again probably because of the proximity to the university campus) so make sure to have some time to spare when you do come here. On the plus side though, you leave with a full stomach & without breaking the bank for brunch.View more

Brunch is awesome here compared to the chain brunch places in town. The St Barth Benny has a delicious hollandaise sauce, a fluffy croissant, & some beautifully runny eggs - all accompanied with seasoned baked potatoes & a large fruit bowl. The sweet & savory is also great! The fresh (& not overly sweet) waffles are to die for. Omelette is just okay (could definitely use more cheese, portion also seems a bit small in comparison). The atmosphere & decor are also really nice, I'll definitely be coming back for more :)View more

My family & I had a delightful brunch experience at this place. It was quite busy when we went but we felt welcomed & comfortable. The staff were not only friendly but also incredibly accommodating, especially with our young kids. The menu had something for everyone, & the food was simply amazing. A lovely & bright brunch cafe near McGill & the plateau. The interior is bright with a classic yet modern ambiance. The tables are small so it is better for 1-2 people rather than large groups as the restaurant is relatively small. We tried the waffles & the French toast. The latter was perfect & of sufficient portion for two. The waffle was a bit like a biscuit in texture so not sure if that was intended or something unusual in the mix. The presentation was beautiful & the service was friendly. The menu has options to satisfy a variety of vegetarian options in both savour & sweet.View more
