Such a cute & cozy café! I tried the pistachio affogato, croissant, & tiramisu - all delicious.
The classic espresso & desserts were spot on, & the staff were very friendly. Seating is limited inside, so it's a great spot to grab a coffee while exploring the area. Love it?Voir plus
Great cortado & affogato. Wo derful ambience & don't forget the pistachio cookiesVoir plus
This was a really nice spot, but be prepared to wait in a long line. However, totally worth it. We got the pistachio affogato, hazelnut affogato, latte freddo, tiramisu, & Nutella bombolini. The pistachio affogato was spot on & delicious, the hazelnut affogato was a bit too sweet for me. The latte freddo was sooooo good & perfectly bitter for after the Nutella doughnut! The tiramisu was also spot on & I was a tad worried because I've read reviews where they mentioned it tasting boozy, but I think it was pretty close to the real deal. The Nutella bombolini was super filled & super sweet, so you are warned… or prepared! Great spot! Loved it! Oh also seating area is tiny & sparse so hopefully you take it to walk with.Voir plus
I don't get the hype about this place, the cafe freddo was too sweet & the pistachio pastry was the sweetest thing i've ever had, felt like I had a whole scoop of nutella in my mouth every bite.Voir plus
Historic place but very small & very crowded. Pistachio croissants were really good, & I like their pastries more than the coffee to be honest.Voir plus
Found this place while exploring Old Montreal. A charming little Italian café with excellent coffee & a warm ambiance. They only have half a dozen tables, but there was seating available at 10am. Would recommend the café latte & pistachio bomboloni.Voir plus
I I recently had the pleasure of visiting Notre Dame de Montreal, but before that, I made a stop at Olimpico, & I'm so glad I did! The atmosphere was inviting & vibrant, making it the perfect spot to relax. I ordered a coffee & a pistachio pastry, & they were both amazing. The coffee was rich & satisfying, while the pistachio pastry struck the perfect balance—it wasn't too sweet, just the way I like it. Overall, my experience at Olimpico was delightful, & it added a lovely touch to my day. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!Voir plus
Cozy spot, perfect coffee, great pistachio bomboloni, warm & friendly staffs, a must visit in Vieux-Port de Montréal!Voir plus
Just went to the Olimpico cafe in old port & the coffee was amazing!! They have a lot of snack options so I got myself a little pistachio croissant ✨ Léo was the barista that served me & his coffe was perfectly done, coming from someone that drinks coffee every day. You might have to wait a couple minutes but it's definetly worth it! The atmosphere is warm & you have a couple tables to seat if you want to.Voir plus
This is a super cute spot for a coffee. The pistachio croissant is a must try! The mocha was super rich & not too sweet. Staff was very friendly with big smiles as well!Voir plus
Tasty Pastry, Good Coffee, & Historical vibe. First time in Montreal, & received a tons of good things about Cafe Olimpico that I must pay a visit. We stopped by after a sight shopping around Old town area. So luckily that we got an empty spot! Tiramisu, Latte, Affogato for the first round! Briefly, Tiramisu was good, fresh made. It's the most famous here. Affogato suit to my non-coffee type of person, but I found that it was SO sweet! Second round, 2x Bomboloni! a small little dough stuffed with Pistachio cream, & Chocolate chips were great. Frankly, it wasn't sweet like Affogato. Staffs were friendly, with French expression. lol Overall, loved everything here, certainly recommended.Voir plus
The Mordatella sandwich was so yummy! Pistachio bomboloni was heavenly! Tea with milk was way above expectations. This cafe was worth waiting in line for. Highly recommend this gem of a cafe & we will be back when we visit Montreal next time!Voir plus
Got the cafe crema, caffe latte, nutella croissant, pistachio bomboloni , & tiramisu. AMAZING taste. Legitimately the most delicious cafe drinks & food. The service was also spectacular. Since we speak english we expected to be treated with a bad attitude like some places in montreal, yet the baristas were super friendly & conversational. Will recommend to everyone & come back for sure! It was quite busy & a long line though. The prices were also very reasonable, our drinks were like 4$ each.Voir plus
One of my favourite cafes in Montreal - the one in mile end is usually my go to but this one is just as fabulous, near the old port! Not many seating spaces fyi but there's a seating area in the very back (technically the lobby area of hotel WG that is super cozy & where many ppl sit to work/read.) Though their coffee is delicious, try their gelato! I'm convinced their pistachio gelato is the closest I've gotten in Canada to the ones you'd get in ItalyVoir plus
Getting the pistachio gelato affogato was the best decision I've ever madeVoir plus
It's a very busy location but service is very fast. I ordered the affogato & it was delicious. The espresso has a very smooth, soft flavour. Paired well with pistachio ice cream. Tiramisu is also very good! My friend ordered an almond croissant. Crispy layers with custard cream inside (I think it's custard?) love it! Reasonable price at a DT cafe shop too!Voir plus
Came here with my wife for breakfast & then we returned later that day after dinner. The vibe is very cozy & the service is very friendly. For breakfast, we ordered the prosciutto & mortadella sandwiches. The prosciutto sandwich was my first Italian sandwich & it truly blew my mind. Their cappuccinos were also good. My wife tried the cafe crema & she absolutely loved it. For our later night dessert, we ordered the hazelnut & pistachio gelato, & it was the best gelato we tasted in to this day. We tried other gelato in Montreal, but this was hands down the best. The line can be very long here in the morning & also late at night.Voir plus
Oh my! The enjoyment we got from visiting this café is hard to describe. It was on my wishlist, & I expected a great experience, but I had no idea the coffee would be this good. We ordered the latte freddo & pistachio affogato, & tiramisu-all of which were absolutely delicious. The latte freddo had a perfect balance of bitterness & sweetness, & the affogato was a delightful mix of espresso & gelato.Voir plus
Tiramisu 2/5 It's basically all cream, with only one ladyfinger in the middle. It's too sweet for me. It might be better with a cup of coffee. Pistachio Gelato 3.5/5 It's distinctive, but a little sweet.Voir plus
Oh my! The enjoyment we got from visiting this café is hard to describe. It was on my wishlist, & I expected a great experience, but I had no idea the coffee would be this good. We ordered the latte freddo, vanilla & pistachio affogato, & tiramisu-all of which were absolutely delicious. The latte freddo had a perfect balance of bitterness & sweetness, & the affogato was a delightful mix of espresso & gelato. We waited for around 30 minutes, with the line extending to the Le Cartel shop next door, but it was totally worth it.Voir plus
Always come here for the amazing vibes from all the staff & for the best coffee in town. (You must try their pistachio affogato). Creative spot & playlist is always on point. Special thanks to Sean & Julien for their consistent outstanding energy!Voir plus
This cute cozy café is located in the heart of old port & is a perfect spot to grab desserts/small sandwiches to go or sit down & enjoy your coffee, dessert or breakfast sandwich. They open at 6am, so perfectly suitable for early birds. The staff are very nice & friendly; they made special cold drinks for us & recommended best options to eat. We tried their Tiramisu, Nutella-Cookie & Pistachio Bombolini. My favorite was Nutella-Cookie; I will always come back to try more.Voir plus
This is a spot you need to hit daily if not twice. In the heart of Old Montreal the coffee, hot chocolate, tiramisu, apple caramel cheese cake & pistachio biscotti & cafe crema all kept my friend & finding our way back everyday for a taste of heaven. The staff are pro barista's! Tre bein! - Vancouver BCVoir plus
An known staple here in MTL. The bombolone pistachio was delicious & the Machiatto was perfect. However I do have to criticize the service here which is why I give 3 stars. 2 out of 3 in the staff are just not doing anything & the third guy is doing everything for everyone !Voir plus
This is a cozy, small, very special coffee shop in the perfect spot in Old Montreal.
