coffee(286) cafe(124) barista(45) recommend(33) shop(30) latte(27) pastries(25) tiramisu(24) cozy(24) vibe(23) pistachio(22) downtown(21)The coffee is so delicious (we ordered mocha). The barista is friendly & welcoming. The place is small, has a few tables so it's more suitable for take-out. Our experience is pleasant most of the time. However, the cahier is not up to par -- mistakes on invoicing & automatically charge of a 18% tips on the machine for take-out orders without giving customers a choice to decide how much they want to tip (keep in mind this is about takeout orders). We happened to notice this problem because we got paper invoice this time, otherwise we won't be aware because we just simply tap the machine. We will still support the shop but this tipping practice is annoying because they are not transparent to customers.
The tiramisu is to die for. Fr, I don't remember eating a tiramisu THIS good!!! Just get it. Hot chocolate is also very nice 😊
Went for hot chocolate yesterday after Palm Walk & the redhead barista was the best. Excellent work super professional & friendly!
Espace quelque peu exigu mais chaleureux. Je note le'Bonjour' du barista dès l'entrée. Bien qu'occupé, le service est attentionné & sympathique. Le café, typique italien, atteint la cible.
Small nice place to have a coffee with your partner. They have a good service & the most wonderful coffee.
I ordered an iced americano & chocolate chip banana bread & my girlfriend ordered the latte freddo & a nutella pastry (not entirely sure what this was). While we were eating, they brought out the cannolis & these are definitely a must try!
The cafe was quite snug but we were able to find a table & enjoy our breakfast inside the shop
This is a great little coffee shop with delicious pastries & excellent coffee.
Second coffee stop on this Montreal trip delivered.
Walked into a big linetop on a Tuesday morning. It's goota be good.
Had an oat milk cappuccino & the to die for tiramisu. Amazing.
Also to go Nutella cookie. Sicilian Cannoli & a lemon biscotti. All amazing. Great little spot. Only 6 or so tables but good amount of dine in room.
Also surprised how fast & good the service was given only one person working, & a 12 people lineup when I got there.
Big thank you to Nelson & Spencer for delicious coffee & a really pleasant interaction. Best possible representation for Olimpico. You guys are great, thank you!
Loved setting up to get some work done here! There is limited seating so getting there earlier is recommended for sure. The guys working the barista station were super nice & definitely knew lots of the regulars coming in, they were also giving recommendations to a couple of tourists coming in to look for fun things to do in the city.
I had one of their lattes & a pistachio cream croissant (highly recommend!). Very fun place!
I don't usually say this, but you can literally close your eyes & pick anything - it'll taste amazing. High-quality pastries that somehow taste better than anything I've had in Italy or NYC. Now I know Montréal has a real gem. 💎
I've tried several kinds of coffee here; all were great, but my top recommendations are the caffè crema & the cortado.
The staff is also wonderful - warm, attentive, & genuinely welcoming.
Overall, this café is a true work of art. Absolutely beautiful.
