Ce Café Olimpico est un incontournable prisé de Montréal, connu pour un espresso puissant, un tiramisu riche et une large sélection de pâtisseries italiennes, avec un personnel chaleureux et serviable; l'espace est petit et souvent bondé, ce qui favorise les commandes à emporter, mais l'ambiance reste vivante et authentique; si la qualité des cafés et desserts est largement valorisée et que certains considèrent cet endroit comme l'un des meilleurs de la ville, quelques avis signalent des incohérences occasionnelles et une place assise limitée ainsi que des pourboires automatiques sur les commandes à emporter sans choix donné au client; l'énergie animée et la convivialité attirent locaux et visiteurs, malgré parfois des files d'attente, et le tout demeure une expérience chaleureuse et mémorable.
One of the best coffee shops in the City. Food tastes amazing as well. Staff is friendly & nice to interact with. They close at 9pm all week long which makes it a great hangout spot in the evening.

The food & coffee were excellent! The pistachio biscotti was remarkably good. I sat outside because the music inside was a bit too loud for my liking. Found a nice little courtyard with a fountain behind, so I recommend going there.

A very hip coffee place that makes amazing coffees & offers great Italian pastries & sandwiches. They know they have the cool factor covered as they aren't in a rush to get your order prepared but rather take the time to chat with the people waiting. This can be a bit off putting when in a rush but if you're on vacation or have the time there is probably not much better coffee you'd get in the city.
During my recent visit to Café Olimpico in downtown Montreal, I had the pleasure of being served by two exceptional coffee makers, Justin & Luca. The experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance of Café Olimpico was warm & inviting, perfectly encapsulating the vibrant spirit of Montreal. However, it was Justin & Luca's expertise & passion for coffee that truly elevated my visit. Moreover, Justin & Luca's friendly & engaging personalities made the experience even more enjoyable. They have a natural ability to make customers feel welcome & valued, turning a simple coffee run into a delightful break from the hustle & bustle of downtown Montreal. Thank you Justin & Luca
Cafe Olimpico is my go-to café when I'm working from the office (& not just because it's on the way to work). Yes, the lines can get long at certain times of day, but the excellent coffee & great service (special credit to Justin & Lucas on that part) make it worth it...not to mention the variety of sweet treats. My order isn't anything exciting, but it's a consistently good cup of coffee.
It's one of the best cafes in downtown Montreal. The Americano & the freddo are crazy good. The sandwiches & pastries are fresh with amazing flavors. The bomboloni are my favorite. & the Nutella horn is also delicious, to lift your spirits :) The staff is always very nice & attentive. They're very friendly & funny. The young guys who are there on weekdays, Justin & Luca, are the best! The place is not very big. But there is a square next to it which is perfect for an iced coffee in the sun. & nearby is also the Phillips Square, which is also ideal to enjoy your pastries. 100% recommended. I always take my family & friends with me when we are downtown.

My favorite cafe, period. I'm here 2 - 3 times a week & can come more than twice a day. P.S. their coffee is as goodas the coffee I had when travelling in Colombia (the land of coffee). My love for Olimpico started with their Biscottis (the soft ones). It was later followed by a love affair with their bombolinis (pistachio). Then I tried their cafe freddo; so good it can make a grown woman cry. It is THE coffee spot for all of Montreals; the corporates, the hipsters, the students. It's a fit for all. Luca & Justin are the kindest severs. They will pass a couple of jokes to make you smile. They will get to know you, they will make your day a little brighter. Stay & work/study (great wifi, but no plugs) or grab drinks & snacks to go (& make the entire office happy by brining them some cookies). The place itself is quite small; which I have found to bring a charm. It makes you feel closer to the other people. A sort of community feel. I've been coming for over 5 years now..... FIVE YEARS! I cannot rave about it enough. THE BEST PLACE IN THE WORLD FOR YOUR COFFEE!!!!
