I don't usually say this, but you can literally close your eyes & pick anything - it'll taste amazing. High-quality pastries that somehow taste better than anything I've had in Italy or NYC. Now I know Montréal has a real gem. 💎
I've tried several kinds of coffee here; all were great, but my top recommendations are the caffè crema & the cortado.
The staff is also wonderful - warm, attentive, & genuinely welcoming.
Overall, this café is a true work of art. Absolutely beautiful.
I've been to the Mile End location of this cafe, but I was downtown so I thought I'd check out this location. It was slightly underground & a little smaller, but very quaint. I ordered the Latte Freddo iced & it was a very delicious & smooth iced coffee. Whenever I'm in Montreal I do make it a point to visit this place as it is one of my favorite coffee shops in the city! They also sell Italian pastries which I have tried before at the other location. Also very good! There's a reason there's several locations of this place, it means they are doing well. Highly recommend for good coffee in Montreal!
We went here on Christmas Day. They didn't ask whether we wanted takeaway or to eat in, which really ruined the experience. Our coffee & pastries were packed poorly, & we were the only ones not given any cutlery while everyone else was.
The Nutella croissant was honestly horrendous. I am not a Nutella fan, who thought it was a good idea to stuff a croissant with such an overly processed, sugary spread?
Very authentic Italian Coffee shop with amazing pastries. Justin & Nelson are great at what they do & will be sure to leave you with a smile on your face. The Pistachio Croissant was the best I have ever had & they gave us a complimentary taste of their signature espresso ice cream treat.
From out of town & tiktok suggested to try their remix coffee & some pastries. picked up a large size remix coffee & it was the most yummiest coffee ever. like a liquid tiramisu. also tried their cannoli & that was also delicious!!! Service was great, there was a line but it went fast! Would want them to open in Edmonton!
The cappuccinos here are excellent-super smooth & topped with chocolate, which was a nice touch. Despite how busy it was, the service was incredibly fast, & the line moved quickly. Just a heads-up: the pastries, especially the bombolonis, sell out fast!

DELICIOUS. Worth the hype! The breakfast sandwich was amazing, the cornetti was amazing, the coffee was amazing! Only draw back is that seating is extremely limited, & it seems like they sell out of the pastries kind of fast (choices were limited when we went at 10:30am). Highly recommend though!
I recently visited Café Olimpico, & I have to say, the experience was fantastic! Justin & Lucas Rota, who work there, made the visit especially memorable. Their warm hospitality & attention to detail really stood out. The coffee was excellent, rich & smooth, just as it should be. I also tried one of their pastries, which was fresh & delicious. The atmosphere is cozy & inviting, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing coffee break or catching up with friends. Overall, Café Olimpico, with the help of Justin & Lucas, offers a top-notch experience. Highly recommend!
Probably one of the best coffee in Montreal, I specially recommend visiting during the evening or night, the ambience is so good, with good quality sound & music as well. They just need to work on their sizes & portions for their coffees & pastries.
Amazing baristas! Super friendly & quick service. The americano was good & the prices are on the cheaper side but the sizes are also smaller compared to other cafes. Only a few tables inside but there are also outdoor benches. There is not a lot of plug-ins but still a nice spot to work. Always busy & their pastries run out quickly but there were a few selection of cakes & other dessert!
A very hip coffee place that makes amazing coffees & offers great Italian pastries & sandwiches. They know they have the cool factor covered as they aren't in a rush to get your order prepared but rather take the time to chat with the people waiting. This can be a bit off putting when in a rush but if you're on vacation or have the time there is probably not much better coffee you'd get in the city.
