Went for valentine's day & absolutely loved our experience! It was a busy day for them but they helped every client & cared for everyone. It was a fun creative activity & I enjoyed that they have board games to use during wait times. I would definitely go back 😊
The experience was great, loved choosing the scents & the card games while we waited for our candles to be ready. A really fun date. There wasn't a large variety of food but what we ate was delicious! Recommend this highly to small groups of friends, couples & dates for chill activities
This rating is based solely on the service received. They had to cancel our pre-paid for & scheduled candle-making activity because their heating wasn't working on one of the coldest days of the year (understandable). What's not understandable is that I had no warning that our activity was canceled until I had driven all the way to the café & already paid for 2 hours of street parking. The employee (Maeva) had apparently tried to call me once earlier that afternoon when I was busy. She did not leave me a voicemail, did not email me, did not text me, did not try to call me again. She was somehow under the impression that I'm psychic & should have known that the activity was canceled from having a missed call from a random unknown number on my phone. She was not apologetic nor did she know how to handle the situation. She clearly needs training on how to handle these kinds of situations. Anyway, I got my money back but we had to scramble to find a plan B for my cousin's birthday on one of the coldest days of the year. This situation could have all been avoided with better communication skills!
Très mauvaise expérience avec cet atelier. À mon arrivée, on m'a simplement demandé de lire & de suivre les instructions pour fabriquer la bougie. Je pensais que ce serait quelque chose de plus structuré, avec des explications sur les différents types de cire, la façon de la faire brûler ou encore la température à laquelle ajouter l'essence.
Au lieu de cela, il fallait tout lire soi-même, puis on m'a apporté la cire déjà fondue pour la verser dans le récipient. Je ne recommande pas cette expérience : des tutoriels sur YouTube expliquent bien mieux le processus. J'ai appris davantage en regardant une vidéo qu'en écoutant les explications de la jeune fille.
J'y suis allée pour la première fois un samedi avec mon amie pour faire l'atelier de création de chandelles & nous avons adorés! Les instructions sont claires & nous pouvons vraiment tout faire sans aide. & au besoin, les employés arrivaient rapidement pour répondre à nos questions.
J'ai globalement apprécié mon expérience : l'activité était vraiment plaisante & l'ambiance très mignonne, cosy & chaleureuse.
Cependant, je suis arrivée avec un déjeuner & un café du Tim Hortons, sans savoir que l'établissement offrait ses propres cafés & pâtisseries. On ne m'a pas autorisée à entrer avec ceux-ci, ni même à terminer rapidement mon déjeuner à l'entrée.
J'ai dû sortir à l'extérieur par une température -30 °C pour finir mon déjeuner & jeter mon café que je venais tout juste d'acheter. J'ai trouvé cette situation frustrante & peu respectueuse.
Une SUPER activité à faire. Nous possédons de tout le temps nécessaire, l'atelier est simple mais super amusant & très bien expliqué. C'est super intéressant de faire les mélanges d'odeur & ainsi choisir. J'ai reçu cela comme cadeau de fête & je suis super contente ! Leurs conseils face aux odeurs sont très constructifs & aimables. Leur énergie & leur service était parfait, & le côté café est délicieux. J'ai essayer leur biscuits aux pépites de chocolat qu'ils ont même réchauffer pour qu'il soit moelleux, ainsi que du matchs & un thé chai à la pomme & cannelle. Tout était délicieux & réaliser avec amour. Encore un grand merci à vous, c'était super plaisant à réaliser & un super souvenir !
Honnêtement j'ai adorer l'expérience de créer ma bougie, ils ont beaucoup de fragrance & le personnel nous a très bien guidé tout au long de la création. Les bougies sont très jolies & l'ambiance est agréable avec la petite musique de fond je recommande. Cependant jai trouver le décor plutôt cheap & un peu sale ,mais rien de choquant ,c'est juste que je m'attendais à un décor « aesthetic » comme sur Instagram. Aussi le service du café était très bien ,mais mangez avant ,car ils offrent juste des pâtisseries & elles sont un peu sec. Heureusement les boissons sont très bonnes. J'ai également apprécié le fait qu'il y avait des jeux de sociétés pour patienter durant l'étape ou la bougie doit durcir. overall j'ai beaucoup aimer mon expérience & je compte y retourner prochainement merci
Although the candle making activity was lovely, I'm extremely disappointed. Arriving home to burn the candle 24h later, you barely smell anything, you have to bring your face up close to get a hint of the fragrance…& that's after letting it burn for 30 mins
48$ for a candle I can't even smell

Nous sommes allées pour les 35 ans d'une amie. Tellement plaisant, les petits jeux, café & collations pendant les temps d'attente. Beaucoup de plaisir . Merci ☺?

Beaucoup de choix concernant la bougie donc il y a toujours quoi de faire quelque chose de beau/bon.
Le café est bon & les viennoiseries aussi.
We had a great experience with the candle-making activity. My only feedback would be regarding the café service. It would be nice to have the café menu available on each table, as well as to have food served directly to clients, rather than having to go downstairs, wait, & pick it up at the counter.
Having table service would encourage a more relaxed, seamless experience during the candle-making session. Also, given the number of staff present, bringing the food directly to clients would greatly enhance comfort & overall enjoyment.
