Although the candle making activity was lovely, I'm extremely disappointed. Arriving home to burn the candle 24h later, you barely smell anything, you have to bring your face up close to get a hint of the fragrance…& that's after letting it burn for 30 mins

La boutique est vraiment très mignonne, le service excellent, & le café aussi. J'ai adoré mon expérience. Je recommande fortement. Si un jour j'ai la chance de me marier, je fais mon bachelorette là-bas.

It's a nice activity for a party or rainy day & the colors of the place are really sweet. Happy with my candle: I used peach, pear & champagne!
Je suis vraiment déçu de mon expérience au Café Moonday. Dès notre arrivée, il n'y avait pas de glace, alors qu'on était dans un café. J'ai demandé un matcha limonade, mais il n'y avait même pas de limonade, alors que c'était un des cinq items principaux du menu. En plus, ça a pris une éternité pour recevoir les cafés, ils étaient juste à jaser au comptoir, complètement inefficaces. L'activité coûtait 50 $, c'était censé être de créer une bougie avec une odeur, mais tout sentait hyper artificiel, mauvais. Je suis ressorti avec mal de tête, mal au coeur, & franchement, ça ne valait pas les 50 $. Les tables étaient bancales & faisaient renverser mon café partout. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit…

My visit at Moonday Cafe was nothing short of perfect. The staff were all so helpful, welcoming, & friendly. They truly made me feel like I was at home.
My London fog was especially good. I'm not sure what tea they use but it tasted really high quality.
Over all my candle making experience was smooth & also really relaxing. They have a large variety of scented oils to choose from, all of which were really nice. I will definitely be back again.
The barista caro was very sweet & both Morgane & Romane were very helpful. They made my experience flawless. Bravo ladies.
Très agréable comme expérience à vivre en couple, entre amis ou seul. La confection des chandelles est simple & l'accueil des employés est chaleureux. Comme c'est un atelier de chandelles, il y a de bonnes odeurs partout sans pour autant donner mal à la tête & l'ambiance est calme & conviviale. Il y a une grande variété de fragrances. Je recommande fortement!
Le concept de l'activité est vraiment bien, mais le service & l'ambiance laissent à désirer, ce qui affecte grandement l'expérience globale. D'abord, il est écrit sur le site qu'on peut prendre un café, donc nous étions arrivées d'avance pour le faire, mais il y a seulement 1 table dans tout le local, qui était évidemment prise. Ensuite, les employées ne sont pas très sympathiques, elles donnent les explications en vitesse, elles ont toujours l'air pressées & stressées, comme si on les dérangeait. On ne s'est pas senties bien accueillies, alors qu'on voulait se retrouver entre amies pour passer un bon moment... c'est un peu décevant.
We chose this café for a coworker's maternity leave celebration, hoping for a warm & positive experience, but unfortunately it was the opposite.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly rude, dismissive, & unprofessional. It often felt like they were actively avoiding us, & when we did try to ask for help, we were met with eye rolls & clear frustration. Communication was also difficult, as staff were unwilling to speak in English, which added to the overall discomfort.
One particularly upsetting moment involved a Post-it wall in the café that included various messages. As a Jewish organization, we added notes saying'Jewish joy' &'Jewish pride.' While we were still there, our notes were removed. This felt targeted & inappropriate, especially given the context.
Additionally, we were told children were not welcome, & the café refused to reimburse a mother in our group who had already paid but could not participate with her daughter.
We spent a significant amount of money trying to create a meaningful send-off for our colleague, but instead felt unwelcome & disrespected. It's disappointing that what should have been a simple, joyful activity turned into such an uncomfortable experience due to the staff's behavior.
We will not be returning.

Cafe Moonday was such a great experience! The hot chocolate was honestly amazing-super rich & comforting. The activity itself was so fun & relaxing, & I loved that they had board games available to play while waiting, which made the whole visit even better.
They also have so many different scents to choose from, so you can really personalize your candle. Plus, their stickers are so cute, it's such a small detail but it adds a lot to the experience!!
The staff were all incredibly nice & helpful throughout, which made everything feel really welcoming. Definitely a spot I'd recommend if you're looking for something fun & cozy to do! Perfect for a date night too :)
I went there for my birthday was totally new to the place & felt so welcomed the second i came in. It was a good experience because as soon as you came in someone come to you & explain that you do the activity at you own pace while reading instructions near you. The place is vibrant & cozy , you can hear the other person talking when you talk. While waiting for the wax to harden you can play some games or order yourself a drink/pastry at the counter which are very good ! I recommend the place if you want to do an activity calm & relaxing where you can choose the next scent of your room & chat with your friends while playing some little games!
The experience is ok. The space is big & I went with my girlfriend & we were lucky to have a table just for the two of us. On the other end, there were two big groups making a lot of noise which made the experience less enjoyable. Also, there absolutely no information about what it is to make candles. They tell you to go get wax, pour the oils, pour the wax & wait & that's it. There no information about the science behind it. It is a very simple activity, perfect for kids.

On réserve pour 2h reste 30 minutes nous demande de quitter pour donner la place à la prochaine réservation sur un ton extrêmement condescendant… 50$ pour ce service vraiment? Le magasin étais littéralement vide donc vrm aucune raison quand on est littéralement dans le temps
activité originale, par contre peu de choix côté boissons/nourritures & on réserve pour 2h, le café est vide & on nous demande après 1h30 d'une façon TRÈS impolie de se dépêcher à s'en aller pour les prochains groupes? premièrement, notre réservation est de deux heures, personne attend & en plus il y a pleins de tables de disponible. ayant lu les autres reviews par la suite, je confirme que l'attitude du staff est vraiment à travailler car c'est ça qui rend l'activité décevante.
