Came here with my family & we ordered a mix of pizzas & pastas - everything was really fresh, you could tell nothing was frozen or reheated. Service was great too, very attentive without being pushy. Price was more than fair for the quality you're getting. Nice atmosphere overall, good spot for a family dinner or a nice night out. Would definitely recommend.
Beautiful atmosphere, excellent service & awesome food…Always a great place for a get together! Strongly recommend the eggplant parmigiana & pizza pies (especially the loaded that you can take out :)

Was there for lunchtime on Father's Day. It was busy but the service was still good. Super cute establishment ate on the restaurant side but I'd love to go back to try the cafe side too. The food was good nothing crazy special. The portions were decent maybe a little on the small side but I didn't mind it. The drinks were good too. Totally wanna go back & try the meatballs & the pizza.
I'm a pizza lover & here at Gentile is the best pizza I ever ate & the service is great thank you very much. Thank you very much to Olivia first time I met & she made me feel very comfortable & she's very friendly 👍I give gentile 5 stars
Excellent quality of food & service! By far the best pizza in the West Island & one of the best in all of Montreal, if you're looking for proper pizza napoletana. Easily the best cafe in the West Island as well. None of this'grande orange mochachocolatte' nonsense. Just a proper Italian coffee bar with a barista who takes care with espresso extraction. A blessing to have them pop up here!
First visit to the DDO location & it did not disappoint. I've been to Westmount & Chabanel many times, & this one absolutely lives up to the standard.
Beautiful decor & a great vibe right when you walk in.
We had a great dinner with fabulous, friendly service from start to finish. The Caesar salad was fresh & really tasty, & the artichoke appetizer was absolutely delicious.
The Charred Up pizza with fresh mutz, parlour's sauce, dry cured house pepperoni, & Calabrian chilli flakes was perfect. Also had a great arrabbiata margarita.
Incredible pasta & risotto dishes! Pizza is amazing. The staff is super professional, friendly & enthusiastic about the menu & very attentive to their guests.
I also love the atmosphere, the interior design & the vibe. If you love Italian cuisine, or are looking for one of the trendiest places in town, you MUST try Il Gentile, they will not disappoint.
Food was bland, chicken very dry. Was hard to eat. For the price of about 17$, quality is not there. Really disappointed

Other tables got pizza & pasta & looked great. I will be trying that next time.
Coffee is alright
First time at Gentile's DDO dinner on Saturday night. As we walked in , the ambiance & decor was wonderful. Started with Calamari & roasted artichoke which was to die for. Main dishes cavateli with rapini & sausage, veal limoni, ravioli & saltiboca were delicious. & of course the Pizza is amazing. Thanks to the entire staff especially our waiter Charles.
