We were intrigued by their name, the cuisine, the reviews, & the photos shared by people. When we entered the place, it felt as if we would sit there for hours without feeling bored! We ordered 2 sandwiches - a Falafel Sandwich & a Veg Grill Sandwich. Along with that, we ordered their sharbat. Boy, oh boy! What an experience it was! The bread, the pickle, & the veggies especially the falafel were yummy & healthy. The Persian Paradise Sharbat was as good as it's named & so was the Hibiscus Sharbat. I would certainly go there again & try out their dessert options as well. Highly recommended. Cheers!
people coming in, going out, this explains how popular this place is. Cozy persian cafe.
Great food, love their Persian fog & their decorations. A must-go if you like Iranian style cafe!
Absolutely loved their Persian fog & the cookies! Definitely would try their saffron cake when I have the chance! Also love the woody/cozy vibe they did with this place

All the food was great. Personal recommendations: Persian Fog, Grilled Veg. Sandwich.

I love this place , cozy homie feeling. & the persian fog tea is such a comforting drink 🥰
True Gem in Montreal. We had soup & Persian Fog. Both excellent. Totally recommended
Cool place to have a coffee. We will come back to eat also. We tried the persian fog, different & nice.
My favourite café in Montreal hands down. It feels so cozy & homey, perfect for catching up with a friend, journaling, drawing or just sipping on some really good tea. I always get the Persian Fog & it never disappoints. It's a perfect balance between sweet & salty. I've also tried the Persian Fragrance tea which is another great option & the Chicken Koukou. Not a huge fan of the chicken Koukou as I found it to be a bit bland, but that's a personal preference.
One of my favorite café to read or hang out with friends. Everyone working there is sooo nice & the food/drinks are amazing! It's very cozy, warm & welcoming. I always take a Persian Fog & a Ferni, but they also have really good tea options :)
I would definitely go to this cafe again. Hardly you can find both food & vibe in a decent level of satisfaction. Yes it is a little pricy & I would like it more if they didn't cut bread into very small bites. As a persian, id rather have barbari bread in bigger sizes beside my dish
Loved my time at Cafe Aunja. Their Persian Fog is a must-try & the saffron cake a gem. Cozy atmosphere!

Quaint little Persian café, great ambiance & sitting space. We tried the Persian Fog & Ginger Tea - both were great. The Chicken Koukous Sandwich wasn't up to our taste. But its a great place to meet friends, would love to try more of their menu. Only the chicken & Beef is halal here, not the sausage & Turkey. So best to ask the staff before you order, if Halal food is a compulsion for you.
the Persian fog was awesome, the sandwich & dessert were perfect, Great staff, service, atmosphere🤩❤️
I like the tea, the decor, & the hospitability. But the Persian breakfast? Too simple to the point of confusion.
