Magnifique restaurant.
Nous avons toutefois trouvé que la musique était un peu trop forte.

Le service au bar est excellent.

Mon copain a adoré les pétoncles & moi j'ai pris la volaille qui est en fait un poulet parmigiana à la sauce rosée. Dommage que c'est n'est pas écrit dans le menu qu'il s'agit de poulet pané…. Mais j'ai tout de meme adoré mon repas.

Très bel établissement. Toutefois, lors de la réception du steak de 24 oz à partager, j'ai signalé au serveur qu'il devait s'agir d'une erreur, la portion ne correspondant manifestement pas au poids annoncé. Il m'a été répondu qu'il n'y avait aucune erreur. Or, le steak servit semblait plutôt correspondre à une portion d'environ 15 oz, ce qui est nettement inférieur à ce qui était indiqué au menu & soulève un sérieux manque de transparence. Suite a mon commentaire le serveur & le gérant au bar ont disparu & personne nous a demandé si le steak était bon & ils m'ont amené la facture sans me demander si nous voulons un dessert . Nous sommes allé manger notre dessert au Château Bromont:)

Ils affichent un brunch de Pâques & des disponibilités le lundi 6 avril, mais finalement ce n'est possible alors que nous avons réservé l'hôtel pour manger au restaurant Cabinn,… pas fort. Donc, pas d'option pour manger à l'hôtel. Ca part mal mettons. 😅

I hesitated giving it 2 or 3 stars.

The food was great. The oeuf parfait, & the mushrooms in many plates were awesome. The pasta were overcooked (it happens, but spoiled the rabbit mushroom pasta)

I booked because Laurent Godbout. L'épicier in Montreal was my favorite restaurant. In contrast, Cabinn is discotheque loud. It is crowded. My seat was on a sofa shared with a family. I literally sat beside a kid playing Mario Kart. Impossible to talk with others at my table.

The service was friendly, but lacked training. When you have a renowned chef, you can't say a proseco is a similar replacement to a cava. You can't wait until the main course is almost finished to ask if they'd like a glass of red. I think the staff was willing, but had too much work. Many busboys looked like this was their first job/experience.

So, nice for a ski meal, but very short of my Laurent Godbout expectations.

Im sorry for leaving a bad review

The meat was good quality
The plating was basic with little effort
I chose vegetables as a side option & only got carrots with butter

Atmosphere & service was impeccable.

Except , they where unable to help us with allergies
My wife has many allergies & it makes it very difficult to eat out, so we often feel guilty but we always tip well being grateful for the help.

The waitress went to inquire about the allergies with the kitchen & apon her return she said that nothing on the menu was safe because everyone in the kitchen had come into contact with peanuts or shellfish.

My wife did not eat & we will not be returning to this restaurant

We have never had this problem at any other Marriott, We have been to some of the poorest places in the world & my wife managed to safely eat dinner.

I talked to an employee outside who was smoking a cigarette & he said they do to much volume to worry about things like that.

I dont know if he was the chef or suecheff but he was ordering the other employee around

If you have allergies 100% avoid !!!!!!
