10000/10 experience. MUST GO! The food is amazing, the service is amazing! We all got different drinks & food items & every single thing was perfect. The staff is phenomenal.
Amazing place, service, food & drinks.I made a reservation for about 20 people & the service provided since the very first email answered was just great. They also made sure that we had all we needed during our celebration. This is the place you need to reserve for your events!

The drink selection here is fantastic! I loved the variety of beers & enjoyed the chill jazz music, which paired surprisingly well with the classic English pub interior. The ambience was unique & definitely a highlight of the visit. However, the food & service didn't meet my expectations. The burger was served cold, we had to ask spicy sauce just to add some flavour to meal. With some slight improvement in service this place definitely will become a #1 pub interior Montréal.
Awesome place to eat & drink in Montreal. Staff is very helpful & fun to talk to. There is a variety of food choices. They open early if you have to see a soccer game with other fans. Saw them line up from our rental.
I reserved the atrium to host a celebration of life for my mother. Nancy was wonderful to work with. There were no hiccups or issues with anything. Sabrina, our host, was excellent. The A/V worked out perfectly for our slide show. The food was delicious & plentiful. I ordered savory & sweet apps plus mains for our group. The drink selection was excellent. I highly recommend the Burgandy Lion.

One of the oldest bars in the area, always busy, nice vibes. It has a big outdoor terrace very popular in summer days, & a sports bar with TVs upstairs. Being popular & crowded means longer wait time for seats & orders. Good selection of food & drinks.
The food was great, but be warned if you have allergies, specifically a chickpea allergy! The menu does not list all ingredients, at least on the drink menu. I ordered the Chili Chili Bang Bang cocktail & had a couple sips before I realized I was having an allergic reaction. They use aquafaba (chickpea water) instead of egg whites to make the drink foam. This was not listed anywhere in the ingredients, or even mentioned that there was foam. Thankfully this allergy is not life-threatening & I noticed right away, but this could have gone much worse. So please, management, list ALL ingredients in your menu to save someone. I let my server know & my drink was comped, but it would have been extra nice if my replacement drink was on the house. My burger & fries tasted great though!
Great food & vibe.... Worst service i've seen in years. Great spot so don't want to drag them down but 15 minutes to get our first drink & 20 minutes to get the bill after asking is a little ridiculous.

Boisterous atmosphere in a cosy environment. The pub was the neighborhood watering hole where I grew up. A good place where one could wander in solo or with some friends for some boozy drinks, conversation & of course some solid eats. Service is strong here & the food hits the mark. Just had a burger & fries on my visit with a BL house ale. Good times.
Great place to watch sports, especially football (soccer) accompanied of great drinks & food, although a little bit on the higher side of prices. Service is great & they will make sure that you're being well taken care of.
Best British pub in the city! Great neighbourhood vibe, staff is the best! Love their Burgundy Ale & incredible selection of whiskey choices. Their yearly St George's Day Pub Bus tour is so much fun! The double decker bus drive us for fun & drinks at Bishop & Baggs for breakfast, Britt's & Chips for lunch, Wolf & Workman for cocktails then dinner at the Burgundy Liion. Fun, fun, fun with new & old friends, Knights, touring the city & slaying the dragon ending.

The whole staff & the administartion was very helpful in kind in helping me organize an event for my university class. Everyone had a great time, I will definitely be going back there for a drink in a nice ambiance.
Cozy place, nice atmosphere, but a bit too loud if you would like to catch up with your friends. We had to shout over the table to hear each other 😅 Great & friendly staff, super customer-oriented service. Seems like a wonderful place for smaller groups (under 3), & good for drinks & popular tunes in the background.
I have been to this pub countless times from brunch (during Prince Harry & Meghan Markle's wedding event), to lunch, to dinner & for drinks. Therefore, this spot is one of my favorite place. Throughout the years some staffs were amazing & some average. Foods & drinks are always awesome. The atmosphere is always vibrant.
For a casual drink or get-together, it is a very lively pub. There is a good variety on the drinks menu for cocktails, beer, wine, & cider. The specialty, of course, is the extensive whiskey menu! The staff were friendly & efficient & the interior of the pub had a very warm glow. Would certainly return to this bar again with a group.
