Depuis 1982, l’équipe de la Brûlerie offre une expérience café qui se démarque.
La Brûlerie offre maintenant une grande variété de cafés en vrac. Les cafés de spécialité sont torréfiés dans notre petit four artisanal, maximisant ainsi le développement des arômes, des saveurs et bien sûr, la fraîcheur du produit.
Les membres de l’équipe de la Brûlerie suivent un programme de formation continue afin de maintenir un niveau de connaissance élevé dans ce domaine complexe.

Reviews consistently praise rich, flavorful coffee, including espresso drinks, pour overs, mochas and cortados, and note a friendly, efficient staff and a welcoming atmosphere that suits study or casual visits. Nice coffee, but serving dine-in drinks in disposable paper cups was really disappointing. It feels unnecessary, wasteful, & takes away from the café experience. I wouldn't expect that from a place that wants to create a cozy sit-down atmosphere.
Je viens souvent pour étudier & le café est vraiment adapté pour ceux qui veulent travailler car il y a de la place & il est calme. Les boissons sont super bonnes (& coup de coeur sur le brownie vegan) & les vendeurs sont souriants. Le seul petit bémol c'est qu'il fait un peu froid dans le café en hiver.

Cool, modern & cozy cafe. Medium sized with just enough seating. I spent a few hours here working & found it to be a comfortable place to work. Got a bit noisy after 5pm. Service from the staff was great. Made me a great latte.
Très bon services, le café était excellent, nous avions commandé un sandwich au poulet sans savoir qu'il y avait du porc, étant musulman, nous ne pouvions pas le manger. Elles ont eu la gentillesse de nous offrir un autre sandwich en remplacement. À visiter si vous êtes dans le coin
This place has so much potential! The coffee is good & the food was okay, but I've never seen a dirtier café. Tables & chairs were left uncleaned, & the floor looked like it hadn't been touched in days. It wasn't even busy, & I saw people cleaning their own tables just to sit down.

J' achète mon café moulu chez Faro. En réutilisant mon sac de café j' économise vraiment. J'ai payé 8,80$ au lieu de 14,00$ pour 400 grammes.Je crois que ça vaut la peine de recycler & la variété de café donne envie d'y retourner.
FARO Café has quickly become one of my favorite downtown coffee stops. I've visited multiple times, & each visit has been consistently excellent. Their coffee is truly the star of the show-rich, flavorful, & brewed to perfection every single time. I can honestly say I've never had a bad cup here, which speaks volumes for their quality & consistency.
The menu extends beyond coffee, offering a nice selection of beverages, sandwiches, pastries, & salads. While I haven't explored these as much, they make FARO a versatile spot for a quick snack or light meal.
What sets FARO apart, aside from their stellar coffee, is the service. The staff is polite, efficient, & spot-on with orders. Coffee lovers will understand how important it is to get exactly what you ordered-& at FARO, that's a given.
If you're downtown & need a reliable, excellent coffee experience, FARO Café is a must-visit. I'll definitely keep coming back & highly recommend you check it out.
I absolutely love this cafe. I discovered it during my vacation in Montreal. Love the vibe, comfortable seating & delicious coffee & pastries. Great place to relax or study.

no joke, one of the few cafés in montreal that make good coffee. I always take iced latte with caramel syrup. first of all, the price is slightly lower than in other places, so definitely a big plus!. second, latte does not taste watery, but has good coffee flavour, even after some time. third, they always put a lot of syrup, & it tastes soooo yummy, I am transported to heaven. definitely recommend 🧚?♀?
Meilleur café à Montréal à mon avis! J'y vais au moins une fois par semaine entre 2 cours d'université, & à chaque fois je me régale de leur latte. C'est aussi à Faro que je me procure mes graines de café pour chez moi! On a un rabais de 50% sur nos grains si on ramène le même sac. En plus, tous leurs emballages & tasses à emporter sont compostables. Super endroit, vraiment 🫶 :)
Chocolat chaud très joli, mais à peine tiède & pas d'une qualité à faire revenir le client. Croissants au chocolat aussi bon que du carton. Je n'ai pas goûté le café, c'est peut-être cela leur specialité.
I would consider myself a loyal fan of café faro until today. i went to pick up a chai latte since it's my usual however there was an odd smell like urine. i compared the smell from the drink & the lid & the smell was coming from the lid. it took me a moment to realized there was yellow stains from it & that's where the horrible smell was coming from. i genuinely felt sick to my stomach & i don't feel like going back there anymore which is upsetting since it was really my fav cafe :(
Le café Faro est bon & coûteux, joli espace. Manque de choix de gourmandise. Leur café glacé est vraiment bon 😁❤️ Une belle place que je recommande. Lors de notre visite belle accueil.
