Les serveuses étaient sympathiques. Les enfants n'ont pas aimé la sauce pour la poutine mais le reste était bon. Il y a toujours beaucoup de bruit dans une brasserie.
Pour un souper, nous sommes allés manger ici, brasserie La Seigneurie, Sherbrooke. Bel accueil, bon service & le menu est assez varié en choix de repas. Au même endroit, un côté bar, un côté restaurant (salle à manger). Nous étions dans une très petite salle, de 4 tables, un peu moins d'ambiance, mais ça permet d'être plus intime. J'ai pris brochette de poulet, mon mari a pris l'assiette de crevettes. J'ai tout mangé tellement c'était bon. La salade César, en accompagnement était très bonne. En plus, je me suis permise de prendre un dessert, me souviens plus du nom, mais c'était'cochon' & délicieux! J'y retournerais sans hésiter.
This restaurant really deserves a top spot in Sherbrooke because of it's terrasse. Brasserie Seigneurie also does a better job than most other brasseries with their food presentation & beef quality. One of those places where you can safely order a filet mignon & be sure it will be well prepared. As for the other items on the menu, the poutine with beef is surprisingly good & their ceasar salad is also pretty good.
Also be warned, parking here is pretty hard, be ready to park on the road & walk a little.

Étant fan de steakhouse, je vous recommande la Brasserie Seigneurie! Excellent rapport qualité prix, sans parler du service impeccable! Un gros merci à toute l'équipe pour votre beau travail, petit clin d'oeil à Angélique, lâchez pas la gang!🤍
An unsuspecting restaurant that is less steakhouse & more restaurant-with-a-steak-menu-section, but many other options as well. Not a cheap place to eat red meat, but a very tasty set of steaks that come with your choice of sides (the mushrooms were great). The flank/bavette was the most tender everyone on the table ever had, which is saying something, & the flavour was wonderful. Another highlight was also the alcoholic coffee menu. I can recommend the Cafe Brasserie, & a family member would recommend the Cafe KGB. There is also a substantial cocktail & drink menu & the Carnivore Caesar is worth checking out.
Service was slow at times, but there was some kind of party on the patio & the meal was worth the wait anyway. Inside the restaurant did not have a youthful or energetic atmosphere, but the patio did. We stayed inside, & enjoyed a meal surrounded by quiet tables.
Overall, a very good option if you're craving a good steak but I wouldn't go here for a date or a chic vibe. We came for a casual meal while staying from out of town & didn't regret it.
Spaghettis gratiné avec très peu de sauce & de gros morceaux de viande hachée pas défait, sauce probablement faite à vitesse, très déçu de cette brasserie
Wow. Magnifique brasserie, très bon service & je dirais le meilleur menu de Rock Forest.
