J'ai appelé aujourd'hui pour faire une réservation pour l'anniversaire de mon conjoint. La dame qui m'a répondu au tel, n'était pas courtoise & poli. Oui oui, même via un appel téléphonique, on peut ressentir votre professionnalisme! Juste un sourire peut faire la différence! Avec un ton autoritaire, elle me dire de parler moins vite alors que je parlait lentement!
Nous avons annulé notre réservation! Nous apprenons à nos enfants a être bienveillant envers les autres & les bonnes manières, le savoir être, c'est la base!
Si au téléphone, c'est comme cela, imagine sur place, on se fait traiter ainsi devant nos enfants? C'est dommage!

This is one of those places I never would've tried but did & now I can't live without! We ate here while stay at OTL & we fell in love with it. The pizza is delicious & you can buy their ingredients to make your own at home. 10/10

J'ai appelé par la suite pour faire le commentaire. Rien de la part de la réceptionniste, à part qu'elle vas avertir le staff de la cuisine.
