Blandino is a neighbourhood Italian inspired seasonal bistro, bar, and patio that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as take out. Its name pays homage to Carmelo Blandino, a Montreal based artist whose work adorns the side of the building. Atelier Zébulon Perron created a nostalgic yet contemporary design that changes as the day progresses. The atmosphere allows for a comfortable corporate lunch meeting or a casual cocktail amongst friends. Come in for a quick coffee, a meal, or an aperitivo. Delivery is also available.

The food needs eat much improvement!
The dishes were not appetizing & tasted very average.
Stuff was accommodating cause one of the pizzas we ordered specified that it had meat.

La nourriture était excellente & le décor est chaleureux.
Le service était bien mais nous avons dû faire signe quelques fois à notre serveuse pour du service. C'était un peu trop bruyant rendant les conversations plus difficiles à notre table.
Lovely place. Bright & airy. Bar looks great. Thought that on a Saturday at noon they would offer a brunch menu but it was only lunch which was disappointing. Italian type fare which was a good but nothing exceptional. Service was great. Good for large parties.
Nous avons pris la bavette de boeuf, très belle viande & bonne cuisson. Par contre elle n'était pas très chaude. Faire chauffer les assiettes serait un plus. Aussi presque tout les vins les moins dispendieux n'étaient pas disponible.
I was staying at the HGI for buisness & decided to stay in for dinner. Glad I did. Gabby was my server & she was amazing. Very attentful & always smiling. I will be back every time I visit Montreal for work.
Went there for lunch. Had the Blandino pizza, to greasy to my taste. The vegetarian pizza did not smell good, we could not figure out if the artichokes just smelled unusual or were actually bad. The flap steak seemed good, I regret not taking that. We had ordered fried calamari as appetizer, one for each table. Without asking, they brought them at the same time as the main course, & they only brought one. They said they did this because not everyone had ordered appetizers. But we had clearly said it was for sharing. & the calamari were cold, so they were clearly ready long before. We got the second order of calamari at the end of the meal. But those were good, they were hot. My daughter had a burger, very good too. We had drinks at the beginning, the service was erratic. We got two sets of drinks but me & my daughter were still waiting for our drinks. Her drink was sitting on the bar for 10 minutes until they got my drink prepared & brought the two together.
I rated 4 for the atmosphere but it's hard to tell, we were almost alone in the restaurant.
The food was honestly just okay… nothing terrible, but nothing memorable either. On top of that, the service overall was pretty slow, which was frustrating at first. But what really saved the night was our amazing waiter, Felipe. He was incredibly kind, super generous, & went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable & taken care of. His energy completely turned our night around. If you go, ask for Felipe…he's the real MVP.
Cocktails were good but didn't taste as it should've been. i wonder if the waiter forgot the alcohol?!? also a bit overpriced. Food was great, otherwise the service was very slow!
