We had such an amazing experience. The staff was very warm & welcoming, particularly Elias who made us try many flavours before making our choice. The ice cream was phenomenal. We will definitely be back!

Amazing ice cream! The staff was sooooooo friendly & kind. We were greeted so warmly & offered many different samples before making our choice which was nice.
Tala, très souriante, nous a généreusement offert de goûter plusieurs saveurs avant d'arrêter notre choix. Délicieuse crème glacée. Notre première expérience chez Bouza, nous reviendrons assurément!
We got a taste test before we ordered. Rwaa was sooo helpful & kind! We ordered baklava with achta inside it was sooo delicious. Coffee was amazing as well.
That was my second visit amazing ice cream. I like the new Hallawa ice cream. Great stuff good service very fast clean spot. We had to try all different kind of ice cream.

(Carefour laval) c'était ma premiere expérience chez bouza.Les Employés sont vraiment agréable & souriant. Il nous ont fait goûter plusieurs saveur tous aussi bonne les unes que les autres. Très savoureux. J'adore.
Very fresh & authentic ice cream with unique flavours. All the flavours are very rich & not too sweet. The staff is very friendly especially Ilyas, he took great care of us.
Very delicious Arabic-style ice cream. Highly recommend the ashta ice cream with the candy floss & pistachios on top. Super traditional ice cream & the staff provided amazing service. They had really good Arabic desserts worth trying as well, we got baklava when we're there. I also recommend taking a pint home with you, as one plate is never enough!
Elias is a wonderful guy, very friendly Works hard with a smile. He made try almost everything before making a choice, I will definitely go back again.
