The Bouza Ashta is creamy, chewy, & made from scratch using traditional Lebanese techniques that give it a one-of-a-kind texture. The flavour is delicate yet rich, with a hint of floral notes, & the pistachio topping adds the perfect crunch.

The quality of ingredients is unmatched, & you can tell each scoop is crafted with care. Staff are warm & welcoming, & the presentation is beautiful. Whether you're from Laval or driving in from Montreal, this spot is worth the trip. It's unlike any ice cream experience you've had before - & it's absolutely delicious.
