Bouza MTL in Laval serves one of the most unique desserts I've ever tried. The Bouza Ashta is creamy, chewy, & made from scratch using traditional Lebanese techniques that give it a one-of-a-kind texture. The flavour is delicate yet rich, with a hint of floral notes, & the pistachio topping adds the perfect crunch.
The quality of ingredients is unmatched, & you can tell each scoop is crafted with care. Staff are warm & welcoming, & the presentation is beautiful. Whether you're from Laval or driving in from Montreal, this spot is worth the trip. It's unlike any ice cream experience you've had before - & it's absolutely delicious.

Les glaces sont tellement bonnes que ça devient difficile de faire un choix. Je crois que je vais devoir revenir pour toutes les goûter!
En plus, le service est vraiment top & les doses sont assez importantes !

Ma place coup de coeur pour les crèmes glacées ! Toutes les saveurs sont délicieuses & originales. En plus le personnel est très gentil & chaleureux ! Je recommande à 100 % 😊

Très bel endroit chaleureux.
Tala a pris le temps de nous servir & elle était super amicale! J'ai adoré la crème glacée au Lotus! J'y retournerai c'est certain!

You know, the funny thing about this place is that I've come here quite a few times over the years, but I've never actually sat down inside & enjoyed the bouza ice cream.
Usually, whenever I pass by, the indoor & outdoor seating is completely full. So I was lucky that when I came by on a Tuesday around 3 PM, it was pretty much empty.
There are so many flavors to choose from, but I decided to play it safe & stick with ones I know I really like. First, I went with achta because nobody does it better than Bouza. The second flavor I chose was pistachio & lastly, I went with almond. I got it in the larger size, but next time, I might just go with the small because it was a lot.
I loved how the achta was smooth & creamy with just the right amount of sweetness. The pistachio flavor was just as creamy, & topped with crushed pistachios that were super fresh. You could immediately tell the quality was there.
The service here was great, super friendly & helpful. They offered samples & answered any questions. Overall, it was a really pleasant & happy experience, best enjoyed with family & friends.

If i could put 10 ⭐? stars, absolutely amazing. The decor is clean & inviting, the staff is remarkable. We were hesitating the young lady behind the counter offered explanations & tasting! You can opt for sorbet or traditional ice cream or better yet some new flavours such as rose or baklava or achta which we fell in love with
