It tasted exactly like the pistachio gelato we had in Italy!

If you're looking for high-quality ice cream with rich flavors & a smooth, creamy texture, this is a place worth visiting. The presentation is inviting, the shop is clean, & the overall atmosphere makes for an enjoyable stop, whether you're ending a meal or simply treating yourself.

The selection offers something for everyone, & the quality of the ice cream speaks for itself. The flavors taste carefully crafted rather than overly sweet, allowing the ingredients to stand out. The service was friendly & efficient, making the experience pleasant from start to finish.

The only observation that deserves management's attention concerns the payment terminal. I took the time to verify the suggested gratuity amounts, & they did not appear to correspond to the advertised percentages. In addition, the suggested tips seemed to be calculated on the total amount, including taxes, whereas in Québec consumers generally expect gratuities to be based on the pre-tax subtotal. For a business that clearly takes pride in the quality of its products, transparency at the point of payment is an equally important part of the customer experience. I hope this is reviewed, & I look forward to seeing this detail addressed on a future visit.

Overall, Bouza delivers an excellent product in a welcoming environment. With a small adjustment to the payment terminal, the entire experience would better reflect the high standard the business has established.

Every flavor tastes authentic, & they're very generous with pistachio toppings. We tried chocolate, knafeh, pistachio, mulberry (toot), mango, Oreo, & baklava, all delicious. Iranians missing the real shahtoot taste should definitely try the toot! Knafeh is also good, give it a shot!
