Never had this Lebanese ice cream before & it was certainly interesting & delicious. It is made with milk, cream, sugar, & mastic flour which is a powder made from the orchid plant. This ice cream has a unique & interesting chewy texture & is much less sweet than the ice cream I am used to. I am glad I tried it!
Yesterday was my first visit to Bouza, the service was amazing & Jerome was very welcoming, polite & delightful. I tried their specialty & it tastes just Yummy!

La meilleure glace que vous aurez jamais goûtée & le service est excellent. Ce qui a donné à cet endroit un caractère distinctif, c'est le bon jeune homme Elias. Il est la dynamo du magasin.
By far the best BOUZA (Ice cream) you can have in Laval & Montreal! You really have to go there. You`ll never eat any other ice cream! You have to take multiple flavors. It`s that good!

Excellent service & toujours très amical. Vous pouvez essayer les saveurs avant de commander ce qui est pratique si c'est votre première visite. Toutes les saveurs sont délicieuses, mais si vous avez la chance de goûter à celles aux ananas, à la pêche ou chocolat-noisette, vous ne serez pas déçu :) !
The ice cream here is fantastic!! Haven't had ice cream as good as Bouza's in all of Montreal. Rahaf & Rwaa were extremely kind & generous & their service was above & beyond!
The quality isn't the same as before, it doesn't taste the same! The lady who works here is so rude & - customer service, we asked questions, she does not answer to questions & she gives us weird looks !!!
