Bouza serves the best Arabic ice cream in town, offering the most authentic flavors. Their ice cream cake is also delightful, & their combinations are creative & tasty. However, the service does not match the quality of the food.
I was transported to this new & exciting place, with a welcoming staff, nice decor, & enticing new flavors. The person who served me explained the flavors & made me tastes many different ones. Each one more interesting. This is truly an experience as this is not ice cream as I knew it. It is creamy, & slightly chewy, not as sweet or heavy as typical ice cream ahh but the flavors are on steroids. The best tasting Chocolate ice cream I have every had, the pistachio was also delicious. All of the fruit flavors were amazing. This place is truly a gem. You have got to experience this for yourself. I have already sent many friends to try this place.
By far the best BOUZA (Ice cream) you can have in Laval & Montreal! You really have to go there. You`ll never eat any other ice cream! You have to take multiple flavors. It`s that good!

The employees are always welcoming & they always want us to taste they new stuff with samples. The ice cream is authentic arabic & their mixes flavors are amazing. Good place for a sweet delight !

Really like this place, it was my second time going, the place used to be smaller but they extended it, it really looks so nice inside.
They have a couple tables inside for you to seat & also a few tables outside during summer time.
The 2 guys working there were really nice. They also added so many flavours to there's ice cream. They have so many sorbet flavours now other then there's signature achta flavour.
I tried the cherry & lemon flavor this time & I really liked it.
I think they have a flavour to anyone's taste, they even have snickers, hazelnut...they also have ice cream cakes & stuff.
Bouza is an Amazing Ice-Cream shop that has unique ice-cream flavors that tastes so different from any other. You have to come & you will be talking about this Ice-Cream to your family & friends as a must try Ice-Cream Shop. On our first Visit we were greeted by the kindest employee & I will have to call him out by his first name because I want everyone to know how amazing his service is. William is the employees name & by the way he is with all the customers you would think he Owns the place & when I asked him he humbly said he was not the owner he is just an employee that loves to be of service to others. I hope the owners recognize how lucky they are to have him. I would hire him over so many people that work in the servicing industry. We always have to worry about the service we might receive since most are dissapointing, sad to say but it is the truth. Back to this employee that is so welcoming He was very patient & wanted us to sample as much of the ice-cream flavors as we wanted. It all tasted amazing & the portion were generous. We have already told everyone about this place & have returned a second time in less then 2 weeks & William Was there again with his amazing welcoming customer service. We already see ourselves frequenting this restaurant. William I wish more people had your customer service in other places where people like us believe the taste of the food is secondary to Service. First time to visit Bouza but it was a nice experience. They have different flavors of ice cream & will let you taste if you want. We tried arabic bouza (so delicious). The only issue is finding a parking is hard. You can look for one around or waiting for someone to leave. Recommend to try this place & get some fresh ice cream.
