8 morceau de fromage froid, sauce froid & liquide, patate froide. Je suis le seul client dans le restaurent, les 2 employés rient de moi dans une autre langue. C'est la premiere fois que je vien ici, je lui ai dit en plus.. je comprend pas, moi je suis gener de manger, 10$ une poutine.

I had an Uber Eats delivery today that was, unfortunately missing three quarters of a large order. I called the restaurant, & found out that the delivery person had not taken the second large bag. To my surprise & pleasure, the lady who I spoke with not only delivered the missing bag herself. But she included an order of potatoes to apologize, even though she was not at fault. She delivered the food very soon after our conversation. This is exemplary customer service. I will be ordering from this restaurant frequently in the future. The food was delicious & the service was amazing. I hope that they know that people appreciate such above & beyond care & thoughtfulness. They didn't have to deliver what Uber Eats didn't nor rectify their mistake. Thank you.
