I had an Uber Eats delivery today that was, unfortunately missing three quarters of a large order. I called the restaurant, & found out that the delivery person had not taken the second large bag. To my surprise & pleasure, the lady who I spoke with not only delivered the missing bag herself. But she included an order of potatoes to apologize, even though she was not at fault. She delivered the food very soon after our conversation. This is exemplary customer service. I will be ordering from this restaurant frequently in the future. The food was delicious & the service was amazing. I hope that they know that people appreciate such above & beyond care & thoughtfulness. They didn't have to deliver what Uber Eats didn't nor rectify their mistake. Thank you.

I placed an order via Uber Eats today around 6:30 PM, & unfortunately, one item - a chicken shawarma bowl - was missing. To retrieve the missing item, I had to place a second order, which resulted in additional charges: a second service fee, delivery fee, & another tip for the driver. In total, I ended up paying nearly $5 just to receive a $1.25 sauce that had been omitted from my original order but atleast i got my bowl from that order & it was not forgotten including an additional sandwich.

On a positive note, the restaurant added an extra item with an additional side in the replacement order, which I appreciated & helped offset some of the frustration. The person I spoke with by phone was courteous & tried to assist, but was limited by the system - no resolution was possible unless another driver was available.

While I commend the restaurant staff for doing what they could, the experience highlights a recurring issue with Uber Eats: the lack of effective customer service & the absence of flexible solutions when an error occurs. The process becomes unnecessarily complicated for the customer, with little accountability from the platform itself.

Grosse déception. Je commande au moins une fois par mois à ce restaurant via Uber Eat (en ramassage) & les deux dernières fois j'ai reçu mes assiettes tiède (j'avais passé ma commande moins de 10 minutes avant le ramassage) & remplie à moitié. J'ai eu 2 bouchées de salade de chou, huit morceaux de patates, beaucoup plus de riz que d'habitude & beaucoup moins de poulet. Ça en est devenu ridicule. & le prix n'a certainement pas diminué. Sans parler de la qualité du service qui est de moins en moins bonne. Vraiment c'est fâchant. Ce n'est même pas appétissant.
