I bought a pita chicken sandwich from Boustan & there were only 2 small pieces of chicken inside. I went back to explain the issue, & the employee in the picture told me he didn't care & was very rude & disrespectful. Very disappointing customer service & poor food quality. I expected much better.

J'ai commandé un bol mixte, mais j'ai reçu seulement du poulet. Ce n'est pas ce que j'avais demandé. Pour le prix payé, c'est vraiment décevant. Merci de vérifier les commandes avant de les remettre aux clients.

I would love to give 0 start , stuff behaviour very bad.
Food was cold. They look not friendly at all.

They hid in the back to put the meat in my wrap. I couldn't see what they were doing.
There was hardly any meat on it...

I ordered chicken platter with salad instead of rice. The chicken was extremely bitter this time & dry, the garlic butter was replaced with some type of mayonnaise.

The salad was not fresh. Extremely disappointed. No accessible parking visible, now the food is not good. They charged me 20.68$ for this platter & there was hardly any chicken now. I felt really sick after eating.

Husband picked up a chicken plate. They were extremely cheap with the garlic butter. Very dissatisfied because that's the most important ingredient to me.

Commandé des plats shawarma poulet & même payé pour extra salade farouch. Jai reçu un émietté de salade, du poulet plus que gras. Aucune patate comme indiqué sur la photo. Le tout pour 40.00$.

Après avoir contacté le restaurant le patron à ignoré mes dires disant que c'est impossible.

Dernière fois pour nous avec vos spéciaux douteux 2/1 rempli de mauvaises représentation. 👎

Ridiculously small sized pita portion. Definitely not what it used to be. Menu price increased by 10% & food portion decreased by 15%. When I compared my pita size to an employee's pita who was on break, there was a BIG difference.

22h30, Petite poutine,
8 morceau de fromage froid, sauce froid & liquide, patate froide. Je suis le seul client dans le restaurent, les 2 employés rient de moi dans une autre langue. C'est la premiere fois que je vien ici, je lui ai dit en plus.. je comprend pas, moi je suis gener de manger, 10$ une poutine.
