They hid in the back to put the meat in my wrap. I couldn't see what they were doing.
There was hardly any meat on it...

I ordered chicken platter with salad instead of rice. The chicken was extremely bitter this time & dry, the garlic butter was replaced with some type of mayonnaise.

The salad was not fresh. Extremely disappointed. No accessible parking visible, now the food is not good. They charged me 20.68$ for this platter & there was hardly any chicken now. I felt really sick after eating.

Husband picked up a chicken plate. They were extremely cheap with the garlic butter. Very dissatisfied because that's the most important ingredient to me.

I placed an order via Uber Eats today around 6:30 PM, & unfortunately, one item - a chicken shawarma bowl - was missing. To retrieve the missing item, I had to place a second order, which resulted in additional charges: a second service fee, delivery fee, & another tip for the driver. In total, I ended up paying nearly $5 just to receive a $1.25 sauce that had been omitted from my original order but atleast i got my bowl from that order & it was not forgotten including an additional sandwich.

On a positive note, the restaurant added an extra item with an additional side in the replacement order, which I appreciated & helped offset some of the frustration. The person I spoke with by phone was courteous & tried to assist, but was limited by the system - no resolution was possible unless another driver was available.

While I commend the restaurant staff for doing what they could, the experience highlights a recurring issue with Uber Eats: the lack of effective customer service & the absence of flexible solutions when an error occurs. The process becomes unnecessarily complicated for the customer, with little accountability from the platform itself.

Very good food for a great price, service was quick & excellent, a wonderful experience. The beef shawarma was delicious but a little dry, but the chicken shawarma was absolutely excellent

I don't order often & I'm usually satisfied with this restaurant. But today I ordered a chicken shawarma plate. Once I got home, there was half the amount of chicken, practically scraps. I didn't pay 20$ for rice, potatoes & some chicken scraps, so I went back. & was told this was the regular amount. Asked for a refund, & apparently they don't do refunds... Interesting... Two more people came in at this moment. & I think the worker just gave in & added more chicken, to avoid a scene. If that's the new norm, I don't think I will be going back. Just check your orders before you leave.

Picked up a late dinner. Chicken shwarma pita & potatoes. The chicken was pretty dry- probably because it was very late. The sauce was glorious. If I had asked for a touch more sauce it would have been much better. The potatoes were another matter. I liked the seasoning, & of course the awesome sauce, but not the potatoes themselves. I dislike that heavy, greasy, oily taste in fried potatoes here. Like the pita, they were saved by the sauce! For my first experience with shwarma it wasn't bad. I will definitely go there again, next time I will know better what to ask for!
