Pour ceux & celles qui aiment le bon pain d'autrefois à la levure de boulanger, c'est la boulangerie qu'il faut adopter. Un régal! Elle vaut le détour!
Les produits sont bons, mais malheureusement le service laisse à désirer. À plusieurs reprises, nous avons eu une expérience désagréable avec une vendeuse : attitude insolente lorsqu'on pose des questions sur les produits; qu'on demande info sur le produit on a une réponse dune ado de 16ans .. refus de répondre avec ouverture, & même un refus de nous offrir des croissants plus frais alors que nous en achetions plusieurs. C'est dommage, car l'accueil est une partie importante de l'expérience client.
Il manquait un peu de chaleur. Je crois qu'il serait bénéfique pour l'expérience client d'avoir une équipe plus souriante & dynamique. Il y a d'ailleurs beaucoup de jeunes Québécois motivés qui aimeraient certainement contribuer à l'ambiance & au service il n'y a pas juste des française pour ne pas la nommer qui rend service à une pâtisserie !
