I went in 10 minutes before closing & my wife & I chose a baguette sandwich. The server went to put it directly in a bag & did not offer to heat it up. When I saw that, I told him I wanted it heated up & he replied that he was unable to because they had already started cleaning up to close. I didn't take the sandwich for that reason. I had ordered before here in the past & I appreciated them heating the food up but I just found the customer service to be below par. I am disappointed that they would start closing up when it was only 1815. I have worked in restaurants & we didn't actually start cleaning until the after the closing time. Originally the closing time was after 7pm & now they changed it to 630pm which doesn't make any sense since it is in the middle of dinnertime.
I wouldn't return there for this poor service. The prices are high so I expect a company to do better than this.

Si vous désirez un sandwich au jambon SANS beurre ni MAYO, soit parce-que vous avez des restrictions alimentaires ou tout simplement parce-que vous préférez la moutarde, vous ne serez PAS servi ici.
Contrairement aux débuts du commerce, ils ne font plus de sandwichs sur mesure. Donc, si tu as des allergies, lèche-toi la patte parce-que ici, on préfère te laisser partir sans rien acheter😡

Tartes grand format & petits format , viennoiseries, sandwiches, pains.....on peut manger sur place. Malheureusement, le service est médiocre!! On y retourne pour la qualité de certains produits mais pas pour le sourire des employés ou, plutôt, l'attitude de certains! Ma femme ne reviendra plus après un service exécrable d'une employée impatiente! Elle est tannée! C'est quoi le problème?? On est tellement bien servi à Première Moisson! Vous allez perdre toute votre clientèle fidèle.....

It's hard to mess up a tuna sandwich yet it was accomplished here with ease... I received a fully wet & soggy, flavourless sandwich. also their chocolatine should just be called a'tine' due to how little chocolate was actually in it. They have a lot of really amazing items but the 2 mentioned here are really in need of a revamp or to be taken off the menu (especially the tuna sandwich)
