La machine à espressivo est brisée depuis une semaine plus ou moins, dans la salle de bain, il n'y a plus de couvercle sur le bol de toilette & j'ai dû me faire rembourser mon café au percolateur; il avait un goût sur!

Déçu de voir que le service se dégrade de semaine en semaine.
Une demoiselle me servait il y'a quelques temps en se plaignant à sa collègue en production des conditions de travail « toutes façons la semaine prochaine je ne suis plus là »
Pourquoi ne pas se plaindre à son gérant / chef d'équipe plutôt que de le faire devant ses clients …
Pas de responsable ou si il/elle est présent, la personne de leadership.
Les comptoirs sont rarement montés à l'ouverture & les étiquettes produits manquent .
Les chouquettes sont plates, mais en comptoir tout de même .
Ce magasin pourrait avoir un fort potentiel de ventes mais l'équipe ne se donne pas la peine d'être agréable mis à part un jeune homme toujours souriant mais qui est le seul à donne une belle image de la compagnie .

We came specifically for a dessert that wasn't available when we arrived, & Manu went out of his way to have it prepared for us. His kindness & thoughtfulness put a big smile on our faces. The dessert was delicious, but his gesture made it even more special. Thank you, Manu!

Le café est bon ainsi que les danoises. Croissants aux amandes ok pas assez goûteux. J ai passé a 9hrs le matin les comptoir n était pas complet

Très mauvaise expérience. Nous étions environ 5 ou 6 personnes à faire la file & personne ne venait nous servir. Pendant ce temps, 3 ou 4 employés étaient présents & discutaient entre eux tout en voyant clairement les clients attendre.

J'ai finalement demandé à une employée si quelqu'un pouvait venir nous servir, & sa réponse a simplement été : « Je suis déjà en pause. » Ce qui est surtout incompréhensible, c'est que plusieurs autres employés étaient là, nous regardaient attendre, mais personne ne semblait vouloir s'occuper des clients.

Je trouve ce manque de service & de considération vraiment étrange & décevant. Malheureusement, je ne reviendrai plus à cette boulangerie.
