At BOSSA, we make sandwiches the right way: bold, generous, and full of heart.
What started as a simple neighborhood sandwich shop has grown into a small, family-run restaurant chain built on a simple idea: authentic products, prepared with care. Every sandwich is made with our own bread, baked fresh every morning in our bakery. From our homemade proteins to our sauces and toppings, we give the same care to every ingredient we serve.
Reviewers repeatedly praise Bossa for large, flavorful sandwiches made with high quality ingredients, from porchetta and chicken parmigiana to mortadella and cannoli, with many noting generous portions and a satisfying mix of textures. The menu's variety satisfies many tastes, including hot and cold options, and the desserts are frequently highlighted as standout treats. Service is described as fast and friendly, with attentive staff and cashiers who help with orders and recommendations, though a few notes mention long lines during peak hours and occasional slower experiences at certain locations. Overall, the experience is described as delicious, consistent, and great value for the price, with several mentions calling it among the best sandwich spots in Montreal. Some reviewers felt the hype was excessive or noted occasional grease or price concerns, and one review mentioned a past issue with dessert presentation, but most recall a warm, welcoming vibe and reliable quality across visits. In short, Bossa offers substantial, flavorful sandwiches and a positive, bustling atmosphere that attracts repeat visits.
although their sandwiches are 18$ each, they are packed with high quality fresh ingredients. i can recommend the escalope de poulet… very filling. definitely pairs well with a cold beer!
Absolutely incredible sandwiches. Their hoagies are huge & packed with fresh delicious ingredients. Had the Milanese hoagie. 10/10 sad I can only eat it here.

Wildly overrated. I've heard a lot about this place for a while, even before they scored this downtown location. I never been to the original but I'm hoping its more worthwhile than this. They had one of the longest lines in the food court so the hype is very much alive. I can't figure out why people are so eager to pay $18 for these sandwiches. Don't get me wrong, they are very good- but $15.50 good at best. It's a big sandwich that will satisfy you, but we are talking like 3 ingredients. I'm sure they pride themselves on the quality of the ingredients but I couldn't taste the hype. Not even close to the best sandwich I've had, not even the best Italian sandwich I've had. Clarke Cafe kicks Bossa's ass any day of the week.
Bossa, located in Time Out Market Montréal, serves up some of the most delicious Italian sandwiches I've ever tried. We sampled two types-the Cutlet 2.0 & the Meatballs-& both were absolutely outstanding. The flavors were rich & balanced, with fresh ingredients & perfectly cooked meat that made each bite a delight. The sandwiches are a great option if you're looking for a satisfying, flavorful meal while exploring the market. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area!
Bossa never disappoints, they take a simple turkey sandwich & give it all the right ingredients & love to make it flavourful & crunch & soft & surprising. Super tasty! The girl at the counter was kind & the service was lightening quick.

The place is a hidden gem! I recently visited & had an amazing experience. The service from Yaya was beyond exceptional. Yaya's attentiveness & friendliness truly elevated the dining experience. The sandwiches were top-notch, with fresh ingredients & delicious flavors. I recommend the cutlet 2.0.
Located on the 3rd floor of Centre Eaton in the Time Out Market. Bossa makes some great sandwiches. They offer cold/deli style & hot. I am from Philadelphia, so of course I had to try the Philly Cheesesteak & Philly Hoagie, both were delicious, especially the hoagie. Quality ingredients & meat/cheese portions were perfect (important for a hoagie). Busy spot, but line moves fast.
I went to Bossa in Timeout Market with my family after my son's (8 yr old) hockey practice. The reason I am writing this review is to commend your establishment on hiring such excellent staff. My son has severe autism, & he is very prone to getting aggressive & having tantrums, especially when he is overstimulated. Valentina served us &, even though my son was cranky & unfocused, she was so pleasant & patient with my son. She asked my son what he likes to eat & he told her he loves spaghetti, so she suggested the meatball sub (without the hot peppers). Really knowledgeable about the ingredients. He's very picky with his food (because of his autism) but she was so helpful with finding a sandwich for my son to eat. My son loved it! I got the Porchetta & it was delicious. The food was hot, fresh, delicious & the service was impeccable! We are so glad to have picked Bossa instead of one of the other restaurants in TimeOut. Unfortunately, the food court was too loud for our son so we took it to go. Thank you Valentina & Bossa crew for helping a tired mom out with your compassion & for such a great experience! What a lovely family-owned restaurant with family-like staff. We will definitely be returning!
Hands down the best sandwiches in Montreal! This place is a gem! Fresh ingredients, authentic flavours, & generous portions make every bite a delight. Whether you're craving a classic panini or a unique specialty sandwich, this place delivers perfection between two slices of bread😍😍I would go everyday if I could
