I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana Sandwich & was extremely disappointed. The bread was cold, stale, & clearly not fresh, & the sandwich was honestly not enjoyable or even properly edible. I ended up leaving most of it because I simply couldn't eat it.

Paying almost $21 for a sandwich of this quality is unacceptable. I expected much better, especially considering Bossa's reputation. Unfortunately, this was a complete waste of money. I would not recommend it, at least based on my experience today.

Line was mad during lunch today (August 25,2026). My turkey sandwich was very mediocre, my partner left theirs half eaten as it was not good, I tried to scoff mine but failed because it was very meh. Disappointed that we paid almost 25 dollars & had to have ice cream for lunch.
