Blés de Pays, c'est bien plus qu'une boulangerie 🍞 🧡 c'est un projet de coeur, profondément ancré dans la terre, le vivant & les liens humains.

On y trouve du pain exceptionnel, fait avec soin, levain & savoir-faire, mais aussi une ambiance chaleureuse, simple & vraie!

Pains d'une qualité unique à Montréal. J'admire que le propriétaire de la boulangerie Maxime soit en développement constant afin que ses pratiques de travail présentent le moins d'externalités négatives possibles sur l'environnement tout en offrant des produits gustatifs & sains pour la santé. Ça faisait bien longtemps que je n'avais pas mangé une si bonne galette des rois! & c'est sans parler du super accueil que j'ai reçu en allant la chercher. J'ai aussi aimé avoir l'option de ne pas prendre une couronne & de plutôt réutiliser la mienne.
