J'aurais aimé aimer. Mais on nous a vendu un pain pas frais sans nous le dire. Franchement, qui se déplace dans une boulangerie pour un vieux pain? Sec sec sec.

Bienvenue dans l'ère du zéro gaspillage alimentaire. On vous vend un vieux pain comme s'il était frais. Donc on gaspille son argent & les écureuils vont se rassasier.

Boulangerie extraordinaire! Pains frais juste pour vous: oui, il faut commander d'avance car ils ne font que la quantité requise & si vous passez à l'improviste, c'est possible qu'il n'y ait rien pour vous! Une autre façon de gérer le gaspillage alimentaire, c'est de produire juste ce dont on a besoin! J'adore! & les chaussons aux pommes sont délicieux!

Cette boulangerie est en avance sur son temps!!!
Elle produit un pain de grande qualité, étant devenue intolérante au gluten depuis mon arrivée à Montréal c'est le seul pain que je peux manger grâce à la qualité des céréales utilisées non transformées & à sa fabrication artisanale.
De plus il n'y a pas de gaspillage car Maxime produit seulement le pain que vous avez commandé 2 jours plus tôt.
Il propose aussi des viennoiseries gourmandes & la possibilité d'acheter de la farine excellente pour votre santé digestive.
Allez-y retrouver le vrai goût du pain!

Meilleur pain en ville.
Aucun gaspillage alimentaire. Commandez votre pain d'avance. Il y a un peu de'walk-in', mais rapidement, il n'y a plus rien.
Vous pouvez le trouver dans plusieurs restaurants de la métropole.
Il peut sembler dispendieux, mais le poids, la qualité, les techniques utilisées font que ce pain se démarque des autres & que finalement, il s'avère beaucoup moins cher que les grandes boulangeries.
