Fabulous bread & also love their croissants

I never manage to finish a loaf of bread within a week & usually end up freezing it, as my body doesn't respond so well to bread. This loaf is the one exception. There's something about it. It's gone within a couple of days, & I experience no discomfort at all. Thank you for making such truly amazing bread.

Omg. The bread here is amazing. The combination of flours & the taste is literally out of this world.

I highly recommend getting a miche de pain icitte!!!

Phenomenal bread & friendly people. Ancient grains, naturally fermented, so delicious & hearty. Have it warm (warm pan with some butter) to really taste the depth of flavour.
